Cozy Updated Lakefront Home

We invite you to unwind at "Unwound", our newly renovated, stylishly furnished vacation rental home RIGHT ON LAKE HAMILTON! And the location couldn't be better - we're tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, yet less than 15 minutes from all the fun and excitement in historical downtown Hot Springs and Oaklawn Racing and Gaming. We're also just a quick drive to nearby shops and restaurants along 7-South including Starbucks, Walmart, Kroger and more. It's truly the best of both worlds.

It's all about the lake lifestyle here and there's so many ways to enjoy it! Our covered back deck is the perfect place to enjoy a family cookout. We also have a lakeside patio right by the water's edge - just the right spot for taking in those beautiful Lake Hamilton sunsets. We have plenty of parking for your vehicles and trailer - including a 2-car garage. Pontoon rentals are available at the marina. Or feel free to use our kayaks!

Comfort is key at Unwound and we have taken great care to provide all the amenities you'll need for a relaxing stay. The primary suite is spacious and features a brand new king bed with a 14" memory foam mattress, high-quality linens, a large sitting room to relax in, and a 55" smart TV. Bedroom 2 also has a king bed with a 14" memory foam mattress and 55" smart TV. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed plus a Murphy bed along with another 55" smart TV.

The vaulted family room is large, open and feels like home with super comfy leather furniture, a cozy gas fireplace and a 70" smart TV with Netflix. It's the ideal gathering space to spend time watching your favorite shows, playing board games or just spending time with the ones you love.

Our kitchen is well-stocked with plenty of dishes, pots and pans, appliances, utensils and a coffee maker - everything you'll need to prepare your meals during your stay.

Have pets you'd like to bring? We understand it's hard to leave those fur babies at home, so we try to accommodate when possible. A small well-mannered dog (one per rental, not per person) is welcome with prior owner approval, and we do have a fenced in area in the backyard. You must reach out to owner to request permission for each pet before booking.

We absolutely love slowing down and being Unwound at our Hot Springs vacation home and we know you will too. We invite you to book your next getaway with us and create some wonderful vacation memories to treasure.

I have debated on leaving a review but decided that our experience with the owner should be shared. We arrived at the property around 8:30pm there was trash and dirty towels on the ground. The kitchen was completely dismantled, the stove was moved out in the center of the kitchen, the microwave was being held up by a piece of cardboard on a kitchen chair, the master bedroom and bathroom were filthy with no sheets on the bed, the floors throughout were dirty. We thought we were at the wrong house. I contacted the property owner whose husband answered and told me he would have Michelle call me back. We had our 2 kids under 5 years old with us who were very tired so after 20 min, and no call from her, I called her again to find out what was going on. This is the real problem I have, she took no accountability, she blamed the previous guest and her house keeper. She was dismissive, did not say she was sorry for the mixup and that she was mortified to have someone enter her property with it being so disgusting. We understood why it was, but it was late and the kitchen was not safe for our kids nor could we use it. She finally sent her housekeeper to clean and fix the kitchen and compensated us for the first night. Her housekeeper was amazing! There is also a tent camp across the canal from the backyard that made us feel uneasy. The people walk around freely and fish from this property’s dock. They were loud. It’s not a view you would expect when visiting a lake property.

Beautiful home! Incredibly clean. Everything we would need from kitchen to everything else was provided. Location is fantastic. Close to stores, restaurants, National Park, Downtown area, Race Track, Anything you would want to do.Covered patio looking out on the water was wonderful!Host was also terrific. Even called to let us know there may be a short power outage due to some unscheduled utility work in the area (turned out it didn't affect us but she was very proactive). Definitely plan on staying again!

Cozy and relaxing

This house was welcoming right from the front door. The back porch was the perfect place for outdoor relaxation or early morning cofee. We already want to come back!

The house was very clean and included everything needed for cooking. The beds were comfortable. And the backyard patio was lovely. We were able to park our ski boat at the dock as well. Would definitely go back and stay.

This home was super cozy and clean. The back porch was perfect. It had everything to make a quick weekend trip absolutely comfortable it felt like home. We plan on booking here again! Mrs Michelle was also very quick to message you and respond to anything regarding the stay! Highly recommend.

The Perfect Hot Springs House

We loved our stay! The house was even better than the pictures- they don’t do it justice. We stayed here with our 2 young kids and some friends. It was close to literally everything and we enjoyed not having to drive more than 15-20 to anything. The porch was incredible and we loved the fenced in yard for the kids. We all agreed that we would stay here again one day!

Winter blues getaway

10 stars This house had everything closed garage for my grandson to play, big open living room fire place, everything we need in kitchen. Bedrooms roomy and very nice. The fenced backyard was fabulous for my grandson and dog to run and play and not worry and we built a nice fire in the pit stayed out there for hours just enjoying the view and peace. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Place to Stay!

The house was clean and decorated so cute on the inside. It has a great location so you do not feel like any of the things you want to do are so far out of the way. The weather was not the greatest while we were there, so I appreciate that the owners allow you access to the garage door opener so we could park in the garage! If we are ever in Hot Springs again we would definitely check to see if this property was available first before trying other options.

I love all things water related. While we love other lakes, we have found there isn't much to do off the water in many of the lakes we visited. There is so much to do in Hot Springs that you will never be bored and you will always eat well if you desire!
