Perfect location for our family. Firepit for hotdogs and smores. Fishing for the kids. Big open floor kitchen/dinner/living room combo. Made awesome family memories for our family. Walmart being about 1 minute away was nice. Many attractions close by making travel easy and fast. The grand kids didn’t want to leave!

Fantastic location! This house felt like it was close to everything and was super easy to find. Parking was both ample and easy to do despite the steep driveway (common to a lot of lake properties). Fishing only a few steps from the back door was a highlight for Papa and his youngest grandson. We did have a couple questions for our host and they were very responsive. The house is older, but pretty well maintained with well done renovations. Lots of space to spread out or come together for our party of 8. We will absolutely look to stay here again if we are back in Hot Springs!

Bedding need improvement. Full size bed squeaky. Unable to get to the lounge chairs shown in picture. Kayaks dirty, patio tiles broken. Repairs needed.

I’m so sorry to hear your issues. The outdoor lounge chairs you go down the stairs by the fire pit to assess the layout areas. Thanks for the feedback on a squeaky bed we will address that. Will also check on the bedding, it is only a year old but will definitely check on it. It’s disheartening to leave a one star review for these issues, we are family owned and genuinely want to make everyone happy. Next time I encourage you to bring issues to owners, as one star reviews can really be hurtful to someone’s business that has GREAT past reviews.

Had a great weekend. Cabin was clean, very nice, and very comfortable. Easy access to the water and easy access to the rest of town. Will definitely be looking to stay here again when back in the area!

This house was amazing! Beautiful views, incredibly clean, quick response time from owner. We were able to bring decorations for Christmas and make it like home. The fire pit was a huge bonus! S'mores on Christmas Eve is the way to go! Plenty of towels and extra blankets. Every cooking utensil you could need. Be careful coming down the driveway in the dark. It's very steep and very hard to see.

Nice property, plenty of parking, and clean. The home is set way back off the main channel, so you won't get any wake while your boat is docked.

A perfect place to stay in Hot Springs, especially with grandsons! The kayaks provided at this house was a BIG Win for the boys. House was very comfortable and perfect for our 5 members. Close to many attractions. Melissa, our host, was quick to respond to our questions. Would we stay here again, ABSOLUTELY!

Awesome weekend stay!

We stayed here for an extended weekend while in town for a gymnastics competition. House was wonderful! Property was beautiful! Just enough space for our family and dogs to enjoy each other and the wonderful views. Even caught some nice fish from the backyard! Would gladly stay again.

Relaxing stay

Great location! Clean property fully stocked in a quiet cove. We enjoyed the kayaks, paddle board & the large floating mat. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home with a lot of extra amenities! The kayaks where a huge bonus as we had 5 kids with us. The outdoor area was perfect to sit around the fire at night and grill during the day. We enjoyed a lot of fishing of the dock as well. Communication with the host was remarkable and she was so pleasant.

Great location

House is located in a easy area to access. The outside is set up so nice with everything you need for outdoor fun. Loved the access to the water and the dock was terrific. Will be our go to from now on. Only negative is it could new pots and pans for cooking but everything else was spot on.

Great experience

property was Awesome, very clean on a quite cove with a short access to the main lake. we had a 20ft Boat at first, had concerns with the steep driveway but ended up with no problems.Beds are very confortable and awesome BBQ pits of your choicex3. We plain on staying again very soon !

Peaceful place

The property was nice. It was convenient to town and was fairly private.We enjoyed spending time outside in the deck/patio and by the water in the dock.4 different options for grilling and the fire pit was great in the evenings to unwind.

Spring break in Hot Springs

Couldn’t have picked a better spot! House is conveniently located to everything you want to do in Hot Springs. Owners were very communicative with the questions we had and they had everything you’ll need for your trip. We will definitely be back next time we come to Hot Springs!
