Alii Cove F-1 is a beautifully appointed end-unit townhouse. The spacious 2-story interior of the townhome is well equipped, furnished and maintained. The large kitchen has everything you need for a lengthy stay and was just renovated in 2025. The large great room is roomy enough for entertaining and getting comfortable in front of the large flat screen TV. The lanai is fully equipped with enough seating for guests along with a BBQ for outdoor cooking. The storage closet at the lanai houses beach necessities. Central AC will keep you cool and comfortable!
Parking is right outside the door, providing easy access with no stairs to climb. The ground floor has a guest bedroom and bath. Upstairs, you will find the main bedroom with private bath and private lanai. Upstairs you will also find a 2nd guest bedroom and bath as well as an office/den area. If you must work, the unit comes with high speed wifi and and the office area comes equipped with a desk and a beautiful tropical ocean view.
Beach gear: this unit comes equipped with beach chairs, towels, umbrella, and a small cooler for guests use. We do not provide snorkel gear. Ill-fitting snorkel gear takes all the fun out of snorkeling, so it is best to rent your equipment while you are here. Alii Cove is a gated subdivision with a salt water pool and exercise/ equipment room Alii Cove is a gated subdivision with a salt water pool and exercise/ equipment room located just across the street from Hon ls Beach. This complex provides a great location to get comfortable and stay a while. Alii Cove House Rules allows rentals of a minimum of 30 days. No pets allowed. Alii Cove requires registration of guests and support animals traveling with each guest. Forms are provided. Alii Cove feels like a home away from home. Conveniently located on the south side of downtown with quick and easy access to beaches, dining, entertainment and shopping. We hope to see you there!

Absolutely perfect!
The place was perfect for our family. We had a great stay and all the extras provided by the owners made our stay a joy. Would highly recommend this place again and hope to revisit.

Fabulous Kona Property
Would highly recommend rental of this unit. Spacious and well stocked! Beautiful decor throughout. Great rental for a family stay. Pool close and within walking distance of downtown Kona. Property management very helpful and responsive. A+ rental experience!

Great place to stay
This condo is well located, a pleasant walk to downtown and all the stores and restaurants. It is only a block from Honl's beach, a lovely place to watch the sunset. The lanai has comfy furniture and is a great place to have breakfast and a leisurely morning coffee. The condo has everything you may need to cook and serve a great meal. Lots of room for a family. We really enjoyed our time there.

Great unit, great location
A large well equipped and comfortable unit in a beautiful condo development with good amenities. Very close to Honl's Beach and a short walk downtown to lots of restaurants, bars or shave ice places. Easy drive to snorkel beaches and interesting sites to visit. Great lanai to sip your morning coffee!

The Place
I love this place,this unit.
It has everything you need inside and out. It is furnished with comforting mind. Public beach within walking distance as well as shopping and restaurants. You can't beat it.

Great for family stay
Great property with an amazing lanai, private BBQ and office view. Central AC is huge plus to stay cool during humid days. Unfortunately the pool was being renovated during our stay however the beach is walking distance. The house had everything we needed with the parking spot right outside. Very convenient all around.

Beautifully equipped home. Lots of space to spread out. Great patio set-up and lanai deck with ocean views.
