Knutson & Associates Property Management is proud to represent this wonderful 3 bedroom townhome that sleeps 6! Have a larger group? We manage the 3 bedroom townhome right next door! Townhome#36 sleeps 8, for a total group of 14.

Air conditioning is available to cool off from the beach!

Keauhou Kona Surf & Racquet Club, Townhome#37 has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. On the lower level you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, living area & private lanai. There is also a bedroom with 2 twins, & bathroom with a walk in shower. Upstairs you'll find 2 more bedrooms... The primary has a King Sized bed, and the 2nd bedroom has a Queen Sized bed. The master bathroom has a tub/shower combo with a vanity separated to make it easier for people to get ready in the mornings.

The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club is a gated community of condominiums. There are three professional style tennis courts with night lighting. The large, remodeled swimming pool is ideal for “laps” and also for small children water activities. Showers and restrooms are conveniently located in the large pavilion near the swimming pool and tennis courts.

One of the most interesting features of the Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club are the numerous archeological sites. These preserved areas provide a glimpse of Hawaiian life years ago. Each site has a posted description of the activities that took place years and years ago.

The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club has many gardens and walking trails. Flowers and tropical foliage are abundant. There are several outdoor barbecue areas for guests to use.

The Big Island is also known as the golf capital of Hawaii with 16 courses, 11 that are located in West Hawaii.

Location, pool, property grounds, and communication with management were good. The unit would be great if it was deep cleaned. The shower curtain upstairs and down stairs bathroom had some mold and kitchen cabinets were sticky. Upstairs bathroom needs a fan to vent. Couches were not comfortable to sit on.

Great stay

Enjoyed 10 days with my myself at 5 other's. Great location and almost everything you would need for a vacation away! Pool and amenities are ready for you! Cleanliness was what you would expect for a quick turn over vrbo. Would stay here again! Hawaii is the best!

Great location

When we arrived at the property, we noticed the whole house wasn’t very clean. There was hair all over the downstairs bathroom and dirt all over the bottom of the shower. The downstairs bathroom drain was not draining. We had to clean it and we removed large chunks of hair the towel rack in the downstairs bathroom was hanging off the wall. The downstairs bathroom, a horrible loud ringing noise on and off during our entire stay the washer did not work. It made a loud banging noise as if it was going to go through the wall we contacted management. They had a new washer within two days and provided us new towels as we notified them. We were running out of towels , they were very good about that. The location was great. The house could be very cute if it was updated. The couches are very uncomfortable. The upstairs bedroom had a TV but no remote and the downstairs living room. The TV is very small.

Great stay, great location

This was a very clean condo, easy check in and check out instructions. Great location to the best snorkeling in the big island... And awesome place to sit at the ocean and watch the sunset and whales.... Was a good fit for 5 adults.... Will stay again.

Perfect Home away from home!

Wonderful place!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The place was super clean, very roomy, and had great amenities. We didn't utilize a lot of the amenities due to our short stay, but we checked everything out with a quick buzz around the property. The location on the island was great because we were close to a lot of things, but it very quiet and secluded. Thr communication by text for any questions we had was always quickly answered and very informative. Very nice place to stay! We highly recommend it!!

Awesome location and great pool

Sometimes these types of places have a pool that is a joke. This one is legit! The facility itself was absolutely gorgeous, a four minute walk from the shore. The townhouse we stayed and was very comfortable, and each room had its own air conditioner so that we could use to make it as cool as we liked. Of course, due to the location, there was some road noise, so bring earplugs. It’s such a great spot to be in at the end of Ali’i Drive!! The one and only thing I can suggest they invest in is good hooks to hang towels on for drying. I thought it was a little bit strange that there were no bathroom hooks.

Great Condo for large group

The location is about 15mins away from the main attractions but it has restaurants, grocery shops close by. It’s a good size for the 6 of us (grandparents, me and my husband and our 2 little ones). Living room- it has a dining table and another high table. It is more like a living/dining combo but enough space for everyone. Bedrooms- 3 good size bedrooms all with AC. The one downstairs was smaller but fit two adults comfortably. Beds were very comfortable! Bathroom- it has 2 bathrooms. One upstairs with a bathtub and one downstairs with a standup shower. Shampoo and conditioner, soap were provided. Hot water was available for everyone. Kitchen- it has pretty much everything you need to prepare simple meals. Pot and pans, coffee maker, pressure cooker, blender, full size refrigerator, stove with oven, etc. Backyard- it has a little backyard but it is facing a busy street. Overall we had a great time staying at this condo. Swimming pool was close by and it was never crowded. We did see some ants and bugs but nothing too crazy. We did need to go buy more paper towel and detergent at the end but we had a longer stay but the starter pack lasted us for 4-5 days.

Disappointing unit in a nice complex

We paid top dollar for this 3-bedroom condo which is in serious need of improvement. Unfortunately I have to be honest and let you know that none of the three adults who stayed here would rent this condo again. Lots of broken stuff, a tv that turns on and then dies in the middle of programs, grungy bathrooms without a fan or anywhere to hang a towel, mildew on the baseboards, tiny kitchen lacking basic equipment such as more than two matching wine glasses or a toaster. Old mismatched towels and some furnishings that looked like they came from Goodwill. I’ve stayed at neighbouring Country Club Villas 7 times and have always enjoyed much better furnishings and equipment. Hopefully the owner of this unit will take a few thousand dollars from our rental and reequip this condo with reasonably decent items. Otherwise it’s likely to continue to disappoint.
