A full size leather sleeper sofa in the living room, with an enclosed lanai for extra seating in the front of the home. A plus for this location is that it has extra parking directly across the street! The private, newly extended quiet side patio with seating provides a peaceful place to have your morning coffee, read a book & enjoy the the nature preserve attached to the back yard.

The Villages offers shopping centers, restaurants, pools, golf courses, tennis, pickle ball courts, bocce ball and more. There are even Polo matches on the weekends in the spring.
There is free nightly live music in all of the town squares from 5-9pm.

A golf cart rules acknowledgement form must be signed for use of the cart. We do not charge a golf cart fee or additional premium. As such, the cart should not be seen as a condition for renting this home. Fuel for the cart is on an honors system with our guests. Please return it filled to the level you received it.
