24/7 local host (we live 20 min away)
Flexible check-in/out when possible.

Guest passes can be obtained through us but if you're visiting a friend or family, you should have them get the passes for you because some amenities (like executive golf) require the host to be with you in order to play.

Temporary Village ID's can be purchased so you can golf on your own without a host. The cost is $50 and it's only good for two guests per house, plus you must pick them up and pay at one of The Villages Sales Centers.

We absolutely loved our stay! The home truly had everything we needed and more. The golf cart was a fantastic added bonus and made getting around so easy and fun. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the pans, utensils, and cookware you could possibly need—they really thought of everything. We would definitely stay here again!

Great property! Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen had new appliances and was very organized. The bathrooms were very clean and had nice soft towels. The bed was very comfortable as well as we enjoyed sitting in the sun room and on the very comfortable couch in the family room. The gas golf cart was very quiet compared to others we have used. We would highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again.

By this was a wonderful home to rent. The place was so clean. The bed was so comfortable. The little things like extremely soft towels, the TV and programming was easy to use. The neighborhood extremely quiet. I absolutely recommend this place.

A beautiful home and very responsive hosts. The inside was so clean and well decorated, with welcome touches like soft lap blankets on the couch, a first aid kit, storage containers for our leftovers, and even a freezer compress for my sore knee after tennis and golf! We hope to be back again!

An Exceptional Experience. Absolutely one of the best place I've stayed, including Europe. (Europe has some great places) Bed is comfortable as are the living areas. Screened in Florida room is a very relaxing place to wind down. It has everything you need . The golf cart is wonderful to have with miles of cart paths in The Villages. The Owners are super nice and helpful. Glenview CC is a 6 minute cart ride and has a very good restaurant. I want to stay there anytime I am back in the Villages and it's available. You will not be disappointed!

I would rate this house higher if I could. The home was extremely clean, stocked with anything you may need during your stay, beautifully decorated. The home has the Florida feel, and just was very relaxing. The host was very prompt to reply to any questions and very easy to work with. We will definitely stay here again for our future trips. Book this home, you won’t be disappointed.

Jocelyn was a wonderful host and honestly has thought of everything. The home was peaceful with warm homey touches. The kitchen was well equipped and the home in general was very clean. We felt comfortable and were able to relax. The pool was lovely, clean with pretty views of the sunset over the golf course. Will definitely look for this property again when we have to venture to the area. Happy Holidays!
