Recently updated, Inlet Dunes #101 has modern finishes and accommodates up to 6 guests amongst a king bedroom, twin bunk nook and queen sleeper sofa.

Guests at Inlet Dunes #101 will enjoy seamless walk out access to a private walkout patio overlooking the gated pool and community grilling area. The private beach gate opens directly facing the Inlet Beach Regional Access which offers restrooms, outdoor showers, ample parking and picnic areas. The coastal town of Rosemary Beach is just a 5-minute bicycle ride down the street while the upscale shops, restaurants, and outdoor concerts of 30Avenue are less than 5-minutes to the North! For modest families seeking a well-spent vacation on the Emerald Coast, or an intimate group of friends looking for a quick celebratory getaway - checkin time is 4PM at Inlet Dunes #101!

*Maximum occupancy of this condo is 6 guests.
*Designated parking is assigned for 1 vehicle.
*There is no smoking inside or outside while on the property.
*Pets are not allowed.
*You must be at least 25 years of age to rent any property with Paradise Properties Vacation Rentals & Sales.
*All reservations are non-refundable, we strongly encourage adding travel insurance to your reservation so that you are covered.
*Guest must agree to sign Paradise30A rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.

Cute and Great Location

We had a great location to the beach, quiet, nice neighborhood, really cute decorated condo, small but super clean and perfect for 3-4 people in my opinion, management stayed in contact the whole vacation, I had no problems but if you ever did, they would be easy to contact

Great...as always.

We've been staying at this property for almost fifty years...originally renting from an owner, then other property managers, and now Paradise. Love the location and the recent remodel/update of the property is very nice. And Paradise makes it very easy with check-in and check-out. Only issue is the cost, of course. The extra charges--cleaning, fees, and a ton of taxes--were almost as much as the unit rental. Still consider it to be a good deal, though.

Inlet Dunes 101

Great unit in a great location! Perfect spot for a small family on a long weekend. We had a couple of small issues but nothing that spoiled the time. We did wish that the complex had an automated way for bikes to exit the security gate but it certainly wasn’t a big problem. We’ll definitely keep Inlet Dunes on our list of destinations.
