We had a nice stay! The place was centrally located, so we could walk to beach, shops and restaurants. The pool was very nice, too! My husband and I thought the room was the right size for 2 people. Thanks! Ana

Cute place and great location!

Space was very clean and perfect for what we needed! Walking distance to Rosemary Beach square and surrounding restaurants, quick 25 minutes drive to Santa Rosa Beach. Was very happy to have access to the pools and tram service to the beach! Host was very responsive towards any questions we had.

Just a bit disappointing.

Although the property was clean and convenient the air conditioning and heating system seem to be stuck on a single temperature. Our efforts to warm the place up we're unsuccessful so it was a cool weekend. The location is very convenient.

This property was more than we could have imagined! We were pleasantly surprised with how centrally located we were. Everything was within walking distance. The condo was perfect for a little girls trip - bed very comfortable. Roomy but cozy. Very clean & well kept. Would definitely stay again!

Needs some TLC

Overall it was very quaint and just right for two people. The smell on the 4th floor was awful and the flooring was in bad shape. In the condo, the flooring also needed repair and there are drywall issues in two of the four corners. Evidence of water damage in the corners and under the AC unit. Almost immediately we began having respiratory issues. We discovered black mold in the bathroom and checked out early. Host reimbursed us for the one night we did not stay. The bathroom needs a ventilation van and the other issues need to be addressed as well.

Besides missing the first night rental and arriving at 2am the second night which was only the fault of the airline we really believe there are better options surrounding this Vrbo. Finding it was a bit troublesome but with the directions given we managed. First encounter as we stepped inside and grabbed an extra pillow was that it had brown spots on it which set the stage for feeling a bit grossed out. Second, went to grab a glass of ice out of the freezer and it was all rusty inside and the ice looked old. looked at the top of the fridge and it was so dirty I wrote the word clean on it! There is no balcony but every building surrounding house and other rental units had them. This is an old building and couldn’t see out the windows at all. They need replacing.my brother had a three bedroom unit with balcony and paid just a tad more than me. Shower curtain needed replacing and the clips on the curtain were rusty. TV remote worked on and off and had to online to get instructions to reset it after realizing it was not working. More I could say but will leave it at that. The host was responsive and after showing her photos and explaining a little I thought that on her own she would possibly credit a night or two, but that didn’t happen. There are many nice places to stay on 30A strip but I wouldn’t go here again. Sincerely Brian

Very pleasant & enjoyable

Host was super responsive, & the unit was very clean. There were a few maintenance items that needed attention, which we notified the host upon checking out. Great location with easy access to all of 30A.

The location is great! You can walk everywhere in about 5-20 minutes. The tram to the beach was convenient but the beach area you’re allowed to go to is very small and packed. I wish the host would provide beach towels since that took up space/weight in suitcase. He told me about it the day before so I was able to pack them. It’s a small room, perfect size for 2 if you’re not planning on spending a lot of time in the room. Other reviews said the bed is comfortable but we thought it was very hard. The pool community is great and being able to hang out in Peddler’s village is fun with the live music. We had a good baby moon, just wish a few things were different.

Get away weekend

My husband and I enjoyed a quick weekend get away. The studio was perfect for what we were looking for. The location of The Villiage is great. Small shops, a few restaurants, bike rental and great ice cream is within walking distance.

Beware: Black Mold

The property manager does not check the location in between booking reservations. There was significant black mold in the ceiling of the bathroom upon check in, and it was only given a superficial solution, which will not solve the cause of the problems. Please keep this in mind and ask for photos of the bathroom ceiling before your check in if possible.
