The description of 5 rooms is very misleading.They must count the”baby room” which is a closet within the big room as a room. If you are coming with a big family there is only 4 bedrooms. Also they do not state anywhere that you will have to throw your toilet paper in the trash instead of flushing in two of the bathrooms. We also paid for heating for the pool and it never got warm And I never received follow up or an offer for refund. The back patio area was very unclean. The dryer worked poorly and so did the oven. It took an hr to cook frozen pizzas.

The house was big enough for my large family. The playroom in the garage kept the kids entertained for hours!

Disappointing Stay

"Our group of 12 (including children and pets) experienced significant issues during our New Year's Eve stay at the property.Check-in Delay: A two-hour delay after a long drive from DC was inconvenient.Property Issues: The oven door was broken, the bathtub drain was clogged, and the pool was dirty and unusable the entire trip Door Lock Malfunction: We were locked out at late hours of the night. what a horrible stay

looked nice n roomy. you notice an odor as soon as you walk in.we had ro buy candles,lysol..40$ there was some kind of white powder everwhere. we tried to vacuem. one didnt work. the other smelled like rotten eggs when u turned it on. so paid 48$ for one. pool never heated though we paid for it. had to wipe everything down . there was food in freezer. air-conditioning wouldnt stay steady froze us. ceiling fans are broke. said had pool table but was a toy one like from walmart. room it was in stunk so bad couldnt stay in it and balls were missing. we found boys boxers and dirty socks in bunk bed when we folded covers down. got locked out cause for some reason code changed. and everything was made to be our fault. later when roaches came out we realized the white powder must of been roach powder. notes in bathrooms do not flush toiletpaper. we left it way cleaner than when we got there. never again. we rent with vrbo once or twice a year. always goid reviews. i spent more time cleaning and buying stuff for the smell than enjoying my grandkids. instead of hanging at house like we do and having orlando and cape coral grandkids over to swim, play pool. i had to take them out and it cost way more than we were going to spend Never Again

House was ok - several things were broken, I paid for the pool to be heated and it was not - it was so cold you could not get in it. There is a note on the toilet paper holds that say DO NOT FLUSH TOILET PAPER. That is just disgusting and very unsanitary

An Amazing Getaway!

The house is absolutely gorgeous and has plenty of room for a big family. Everyone in our family had their own room and the dining room had so much room we could all eat together. The garage is full of games from the pool table, to air hockey, to board/card games. Our kids were busy all vacation with the games! Now our favorite part of the whole house was the pool. It was very clean and had so many pool toys already there. We spent so much time in the pool and we even have three new swimmers in the family! The pool is great for younger kids who don’t know how to swim because of the shallow end and it also has a nice deep end for the ones that can swim. My personal favorite was the ledge on the deep end of the pool where you could sit and watch while being in the pool. After the sun went down the backyard has a great fire pit area with so much seating. We made s’mores with the kids and sat for hours having a good time around the fire! There is so much to do here and would recommend it to anyone! We were honestly a little worried at booking this rental at first due to some of the reviews but after staying we don’t see why some of the reviews are bad. We loved our stay and will definitely be keeping this as an option for our next trip down. The owner was always available when we messaged and the neighbors are very friendly. 100% recommend this property especially if you’re planing a Disney Vacation. Everything is close and convenient! The house was clean but driving into the gated community the gate was never closed. And cars were all over...garbage was all over. Pool was great. When got there it was then we found out no flushing toilet paper allowed. I felt like we should have been told that before hand. Gated community was not like other gated communities weve been too.

Worst vacation ever

The oven door was broken, couldn't cook. The "property manager " Maria, had control of the AC. Always hot in the home. Paid for a heated pool, it was cold the entire time. The refrigerator in the kitchen didn't work. Thank goodness they was one in the garage that worked.

NO WI-FI ~ NO AC ~ Hurricane coming ~ NO REFUND

The home was ok. However, there was no WI-FI. The home is located in FLORIDA and the AC works off of the WI-FI, so we had NO AC. We were evacuated for Hurricane IAN from our home, so we rented this VRBO which was originally outside of the path of the Hurricane. However, Hurricane moved and was coming straight for VRBO home and we had to immediately leave! Owner gave us NO REFUND! We were in the home for less than 14 hours, rented it for 5 days ~ and got NO REFUND, not even a partial refund. And it was not a comfortable stay with no AC and NO WI-FI. Couldn't stream shows or movies on TV or anything. We had to leave so quickly because of Hurricane that we even left $300 in groceries. We have messaged owner several times and she promises REFUND and it is now a month later and we have gotten NOTHING. I would not stay here again. Not honest, trustworthy or reliable. Property was uncomfortable.

Two thumbs up

The host was great and immediately responded to us (even though it was past 12am). We had a hard trip down to Florida but it was totally worth it as soon as we opened the door. Clean, open, and so much fun! About 8 miles give or take from the Disney parks but leave early because traffic is terrible everywhere (45-1hr). 5 stars across the board! We had 5 teens/kids so it was just right. Oh and a nursery fully stocked. Any and everything you may have forgotten along the way, little gifts, soaps, lotion, and sunscreen it is all there. Best place ever. Last but not least, the neighbors will show you how much fun it is being a kid again... I loved sitting out front and watching the game.

Sunset Ridge

Maria was wonderful and fast with response in regards to pool pump. Had someone out immediately. Loved that this house was full with different gaming systems and games to occupy the kids time in the event there were some rainy days.
