The eponymous Geodesic Dome is of course the star and the most unique feature of the property, but it also features a stylish main house that’s straight out of a contemporary design magazine. The moment you walk in, you’ll feel at home thanks to the subtle sophistication of minimalist modern flair. Tasteful pops of earth tone hues, luxury finishes and materials, geometric patterns and natural fibers add texture and personality throughout. Panoramic windows and dual skylights provide plenty of natural light into the open concept floor plan which includes plenty of places to gather inside or out without ever feeling separated.

OUTDOORS:
The private outdoor oasis consists of a Pergola with misters for hot afternoons and Edison lights for cool desert nights. Take in some rays on the chaise lounge chairs & hammock, enjoy a sunset dinner and gather around the sunken fire pit to share stories and laughs. Then take it to the polyhedron dome to recenter and recharge! It's perfect at any time of day or night for a quiet conversation or meditation thanks to the included climate control. Comfy poufs and pillows allow you to easily configure the lounge space how you want for an energizing yoga session or a peaceful meditation.

Don't forget to fire up the hot tub with two motors, massaging lounge chair, foot massage jets, and waterfall to relax your tired muscles after a vigorous hike up Ryan Mountain or through Lost Palms Oasis in the National Park (5 minutes away!). Then curl up in the dreamcatcher chair.

SLEEPING:
The bedrooms feature luxurious linens, memory foam mattresses, dramatic accent walls and art inspired by the surrounding area. All bedrooms are located on the West wing of the home down the hallway with the enclosed glass Cactus Museum, allowing for the early sleepers to rest while the rest of the group convenes in the common areas.

Primary Bedroom — California King size bed with Apple TV and en-suite bathroom.

Middle Bedroom — Queen size bed.

Back Bedroom — Queen size bed with Apple TV.

Music Room — Pull-out sofa (Full size).

ENTERTAINMENT:
Sing along to the Best Songs Ever with the keyboard and guitar in the Music Room or take a closer look at the beauty of Cassiopeia through the telescope. Call stripes at the Billiard Table in the Arcade Room and have a showdown to 8 ball corner pocket or kick it old school on the vintage arcade with multiple game options including Ms. Pacman, Frogger, and more! Nothing’s too Taboo (the game, that is) in Joshua Tree. Turn the LED disco ball on while streaming your favorite music video from the Apple TV above the electric wall-mounted fireplace for a groovy ambience. With a bar table and lounge seating, there's room for everyone in the gang!

Our modern, open-concept kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, wine cooler fridge, cocktail bar, new counter-tops and cabinets equipped with condiments, spices, and all of your cooking & travel necessities.

You are free to roam all about the house & backyard! Driveway parking as well as street parking.

Check-in is after 4PM. Check-out is by 11AM. Requests for early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed, and subject to additional fees.

PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF OUR NEIGHBORS! We are in a residential neighborhood with locals who reside on both sides of our home. Please follow our Good Neighbor Policy of no outside noise after 10pm and before 8am. Guests must refrain from any outdoor music, noise or other disruptions that may cause a disturbance to the community during quiet hours. Failure to respect quiet hours after an initial warning may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund and/or a fine from the county.

FAMILY & PETS:
We are family and dog friendly! Children 2 years old and above must be included as part of the total guest count. We have a fully fenced backyard for your pets to run freely. Please note that small dogs may be able to pass through small openings in some areas between the fence and ground! Dogs are accepted with your agreement of our pet rules. We will request a $75 cleaning & companion fee per pet.

EXTRA GUESTS:
Guest count must be the same as on the reservation. Keep in mind there is an added $50/night per guest over the 4th to cover extra cleaning and amenity usage. Any day guests must be approved prior to arrival. Day guests must leave by 10pm. Children are considered as part of the total guest count.

DOME:
The dome is not meant for sleeping in. Please note that the cover is brand new but due to its clear material, it can show dirt easily if there were strong winds. We wash the outside often, but please note that this unique space is delicate.

VENDORS
Nexxus pest control will be coming to the property to spray the exterior of the home on the first Friday of every month between 11am-4pm. They will not need to enter the home for any reasons.

CLEANING:
Health & safety is our number one priority. Our in-house cleaning team is trained on CDC and WHO protocols. We take extra measures to ensure the home is sanitized and safe before every arrival. For this reason we aren’t able to offer early check-ins or late check-outs. Thank you for understanding!

NO SMOKING:
No smoking or burning candles. This is a non-smoking home and dome. Any and all smoking should be kept outdoors at least 15 feet away from any exterior doors and dome. There will be a $250 charge for anyone not honoring this guideline.

LACK OF CELLULAR COVERAGE:
You will notice that cell service is hard to come by in our secluded desert setting. Don't worry—consider it an invitation to unplug and fully immerse yourself in the natural beauty around you. We recommend planning ahead to make the most of this serene escape from the digital world.

VERIFICATION: All bookings are protected by TRUVI. Guests must complete a quick ID check before arrival. Check-in details are shared afterward, along with any required agreement to House Rules or Terms.

CHECK-IN FORM: Guests must fill out our check-in form before receiving instructions so we can coordinate our ground team.

HOUSE RULES:
1. NO EXTRA GUESTS: Max guests strictly enforced per reservation. No visitors/extra entry without approval. Violation results in immediate cancellation. Fee: 50/night for each guest over 4.
2. CHECK-IN/OUT: Check-in 4pm, Out 11am. Early/late requests subject to fees.
3. DOGS: Case-by-case approval required. 75 fee per dog.
4. NO SMOKING/CANDLES: Outdoors only, 15ft from doors. Fine: 250.
5. QUIET HOURS: 10pm-8am. No outdoor music/noise. Violation results in cancellation.
6. DOORS: Keep all doors closed to prevent desert pests/wildlife entry.
7. MEDIA: No pro photo/video shoots without prior approval/fees.
8. EVENTS: No parties or weddings without written approval.
9. ACCESS: Allow maintenance/vendor access during stay.
10. DECOR: No glitter/confetti. Remove all decorations by checkout.
11. GLASS: No glass near spa; use plastic only.
12. SPA: Use at own risk. No diving, solo use, or intoxication. Shower first. Spills/draining fee: 250.
13. CLEANING: Clean up after yourself. Excessive mess fee: 500.
14. WIFI: Illegal use prohibited. Speed/connectivity not guaranteed in remote area.
15. CHECKOUT TASKS: Remove trash, wash dishes, leave property tidy.
16. CONTACT: Must respond to violation calls within 30 mins to avoid 1,000 county fine.
17. RESCHEDULING: Treated as cancellation. Requests under 14 days must cancel/rebook.
18. CAMERAS: Ring doorbell recording at front. No private area cameras.
19. PARKING: Max 4 cars in driveway only.
20. DAMAGES: Report breakage immediately. Unreported damage: 100 fee + replacement cost.
21. INSURANCE: Traveler’s insurance highly recommended.
22. BREACH: Violation of rules results in immediate cancellation without refund.
