Our home is located in a prime location intertwining glamour and convenience, it is situated steps away from the bay and a short ten minute walk from Marine Ave., the heart of Balboa lsland including a gourmet market, an abundance of charming boutiques, and note-worthy restaurants. Allow your dreams of coastal extravagance to come to life on the prestigious Balboa Island-an unrivaled haven in this iconic and historical destination.
For those of you seeking a Daytime adventure, you can ride the Ferry to the peninsula and hop on the Catalina Express, Whale Watching Tours, or Sailing Adventures which all depart from the docks across the bay.

Multi Family home / Shared Space Our home is part of a multi-family building with two or more units on-site. Please inquire to rent the whole building. This advertisement is for 1 unit on the upper level. There is another unit on the first floor of the building.
Staircase/Accessibility The home features a full staircase. The stairs leading to the second level may be challenging for some elderly individuals or those with limited mobility. Guests with limited mobility should review these details carefully to ensure the property meets their needs.
Air-Conditioning This property includes air conditioning. The thermostat should be set no lower than 74 degrees and turned off when the home is vacant. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee the home will cool to a specific temperature in all bedrooms and spaces
Parking Details There is a shared garage with the tenant of 200 Ruby. One garage spot per tenant,(H 6.5 ft / W 8 ft / Depth 17.5 ft) along with plenty of street parking. Many shops, restaurants, and stores are located within walking or biking distance.
Laundry A private washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the unit for your use. Included in your stay is 4 single use Laundry Powders.
High Chair & Pack 'n Play High chair and Pack 'n Play are available by request only. Please request at least 48 hours prior to your stay, subject to availability.
Noise/Construction disclaimer Our home is located in an active beach community. As is common in these areas, noise from construction, municipal services, beachgoers, vehicle and air traffic, adjacent homes, and nearby commercial or residential spaces may occur. Noise outside of our control will not constitute a refund or rental cancellation.
Quiet Hours Notice Per City of Newport Beach “Good Neighbor Policy” Quiet Hours are Strictly Enforced between the hours of 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No patio noise is permitted between these hours. Please see house rules for more city noise requirements.
Pet Policy This property accepts one (1) pet with a fee of $399 plus tax and applicable fees. All pets must be disclosed at the time of booking. Certain breeds may not be permitted at the discretion of the property manager. Pets must not be left unattended. If a pet becomes a nuisance, including excessive barking, or poses a threat to other residents or guests, you may be required to remove the pet or your reservation may be canceled without refund. All potty accidents must be reported to the property manager immediately. Additional charges may apply to cover any repairs or damages caused by pets.

This lovely home has fantastic, comfortable sleeping accommodations as well as 3 well done bathrooms. The kitchen is spacious and beautiful! Wish we were there for more than 1 night!

We LOVED this property!
We had so much fun staying at this beautiful property on Balboa Island. It is tastefully decorated, and has a great living room window that opens up so you have indoor & outdoor space to enjoy. The bedrooms were also very comfortable with nice beds, and decorated nicely as well. It’s in a great location and an easy walk to get groceries and/or the beach and activities. The management company was also really pleasant and easy to deal with.. Would highly recommend, and we will be coming back soon! Thank you again!

Nice property. Not Well Managed
This is a nice property but feels like not being managed well. It was not well clean (floors were sandy when we arrived so we swiftered it). There was no instructions provided for any services. It was apparent garbage had not been taken out for some time and no communication on when to take it out or where to take it. The shared garage is super tight. Strange smell in the master bedroom, maybe from the W/D. No door on the master bath so no privacy for it. Stuck with apps on TVs and no instructions.
