The Lower Unit has its own downstairs entrance (separate from the upstairs unit) of the duplex which features an open great room upon entry, leading to a bayfront private brick patio with sweeping Newport Harbor views. The adjacent kitchen includes a six burner stainless range with double ovens, honed Black Absolute granite counters and counter seating for five. The primary bedroom with king bed has an en suite bath with white marble counter and custom tile work. There is a second guest room with king bed which shares a bath with an adjacent guest room with two twin beds, as well as a convenient half bath for guests. All bedrooms have blackout shades, with ceiling fans and hardwood floors throughout. The beach is practically at the front door!
