Mystic Pearl has a spacious two-car garage as well as a open study towards the front of the home that can be used as an office space if needed. A gourmet kitchen is included and the large family room has spectacular trey ceilings as well as a gorgeous island. The large master suite has a large walk in closet and access to the back porch with comfortable patio seating and charcoal BBQ grill.

In the bath is a linen closet, dual vanity, separate shower and large tub. Down the hall are two more bedrooms separated by a second full bath. On the opposite side of the home are another two bedrooms separated by the third bathroom. Bunk bedroom has two Full/Full Bunkbeds that can sleep 8 children overall with NBA Jam arcade game. Garage also includes Ping pong table, foosball and Complimentary Beach gear such as wagon, cooler, umbrella, beach chairs etc.

Amenities Included: High-speed Wireless Internet, Roku TV's, High-quality linens, bath, and pool towels plus soaps as well as toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen includes a starter set of paper towels, dish soap, individually wrapped sponge, and dishwasher pods. Fully equipped laundry room with washer, dryer and laundry pods. Also, there is a desk work space area and features a two car garage.

HOUSE POLICY:
- Guests must have at least a 4 star rating for all prior stays to book the home.
- Booking Guest must be 25 yrs or older
- No Smoking (violation will result in $500 Penalty)
- No Party of Any Form (will be asked to leave property immediately by local officers and no refund will be given, all damages will be due from guest)
- Quiet hours after 9pm - 8am
- House-trained pets are welcomed; $200 for 1st pet and $100 for the 2nd pet. (max 2 pets, 30lbs max weight limit each). Please note that VRBO only charges for one pet so if you will bring two (2) we will request the additional fee via VRBO payment request center.
- Boat and trailer parking are not allowed
- Please be aware that property has a Ring doorbell on the front door and camera above the garage facing the street for theft prevention.
- Absolutely no tampons or anything else other than toilet paper and human waste in the toilets. Flushable wipes are not allowed. This will cause damage to the sewage system and toilets to be unusable. Guests will be billed for any damage caused.
- No Refund due to weather, major holiday or circumstances out of our control like wi-fi connectivity issues etc.
- No wet clothing or swim suits on the indoor furniture.
- Music and Noise: Please keep noise at a reasonable level during the day, and quiet time is 9pm-8am.
- The additional guest fee will be $150/Guest per Stay after 16 and thus we recommend all inquiries to include the occupant count in the initial reservation request.
- We are not responsible for community amenity and no refund will be given for such.

Port St Joe location is just the start to this fabulous Modern state of the art 6 bedroom/3 bathroom home. Nearby to shopping, restaurants, stores and the award winning beaches of Port St Joe make this the perfect place to relax.

Parking is available onsite but be mindful, boats, trailers, and RVs are not allowed. The large community pool offers a zero-entry splash pad for kids, plenty of lounge chairs, as well a playground. In addition, there are several beach access points with 3.5 miles of boardwalks; perfect for exercise such as walking, biking, running, and even nature photography or you can visit the city center which is home to Fit as a Fiddle for yoga and weights. We highly recommend going to The View on 98 in the city center to cook your catch or have a sunset cocktail looking over the ocean. Windmark Beach has all the amenities to provide a memorable vacation.
