Welcome to the 3 Bears Cabin, where every detail has been curated to be just right. Each of the 3 bedrooms is incredibly comfortable, with plenty of space to sleep 10 guests comfortably. Here, adventure awaits at your doorstep, surrounded by all the activity the area offers & our fully stocked games/arcade room filled with endless hours of fun. You`ll also love the grounds, with the grilling, dining, outdoor seating areas, garden beds & a fire pit. We won`t blame you if you never want to leave.


3 Bears Cabin is a grand yet cozy home with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, located in the idyllic mountain town of Invermere. Upon arrival, we’re confident that you’ll be smitten by the welcoming outdoor seating area and a stone path leading you to the front door to discover everything this rustic and homey cabin offers. Once inside, you’ll notice how roomy it feels with the cathedral ceilings and spacious common areas. Each bedroom has been tastefully furnished for ultimate comfort the whole family will enjoy. This home also offers a fantastic games room and scenic backyard with tons of space for outdoor activities.

LIVING SPACES
Family Room (Main floor): The family room is on the main floor with large picture windows and a sliding door that opens to the deck with a propane barbeque and dining area. You’ll love tucking in and getting comfortable on the family room’s comfy couches laid out so that friends and family can gather around the gas fireplace or while watching TV on the flat screen. This space is also conveniently close to the kitchen, making it easy to serve drinks and snacks during a movie or game night.

Recreation Room (Lower level): On the bottom floor, you can enjoy the large recreation room with a wet bar and bar seating, a pool table, and a walk-out to the backyard patio with more outdoor seating surrounded by beautiful gardens. If you’re more of a digital gamer, you’ll enjoy gaming on the XBOX and the flat-screen TV hung over the home’s second gas fireplace.

Home Office (Lower level): If duty calls while you’re away, there’s also a fully equipped office space with dual monitors, a keyboard, mouse and printer so you can snap into action without stressing about missing deadlines or having to head out to get your documents printed.

The Games Room/House (Backyard): In the expansive backyard, you’ll find a separate building converted into a games room as your private arcade. It’s the perfect man cave, a place to send the kids or challenge the family to a competition…and whoever loses gets dish duty!

BEDROOMS
There will be a bed that`s juuuuust right for everyone here, with its 3 distinct bedroom suites. We’ve taken great care to furnish each room with supportive mattresses and high-quality linens that are not too soft and not too hard - undoubtedly Goldilocks-approved!

Sleeping Arrangements:
● Primary Bedroom with shared bathroom (Upstairs): On the top floor, you’ll find the “The Poppy Room.” This suite has been decorated in a neutral woodsy palette with a poppy flower print for a fun pop of colour. There’s also a chaise lounger, where you’ll enjoy putting up your feet to read on a rainy afternoon and a ceiling fan above the king-size bed to keep you cool on warm summer evenings.

If you’re working during your stay, you can be confident in our lightning-fast Wi-Fi to stay on top of any emails or update your friends on your socials at the room’s private workstation. You’ll also enjoy the French doors that open up to a private balcony overlooking the main floor - ideal for having a bird’s eye view of your lil’ cubs while you hibernate in your room.

● Bedroom #2 with shared bathroom (Upstairs): The cubs in your group will love the “4 Bears Room” with its two queen-size beds and twin-sized sleeper sofa. It’s the ideal spot for the kids to snuggle up, share stories and watch their favourite movies on the flat screen. This room also shares the top floor bathroom with The Poppy Room.

● Bedroom #3 with private ensuite (Main floor): Unpack your bags and feel the stress lift from your shoulders in the main floor bedroom named the “Serenity Suite.” This room has a queen-sized bed decorated in a calming neutral palette with soothing grays and a large window allowing natural light throughout the day.

● Additional Sleeping Accommodations: The bottom floor also has a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the recreation room which can be used as a bedroom with privacy curtains to give it a more of a bedroom feel where 2 guests can comfortably stay and have access to the downstairs 4-piece bathroom.

This home sleeps 10 guests comfortably.

BATHROOMS
● Top Floor: Get freshened up and ready for a day of adventure in the top floor bathroom with a shower/tub combo. This bathroom is shared between The Poppy Room and 4 Bears Bedroom.

● Main Floor: The main floor has a half bathroom for guests as well as a private ensuite connected to The Serenity Suite.

● Bottom Floor: The rec room also has a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

LUX FAMILY KITCHEN
Are you a bear in the morning, before you’ve had your coffee?
No worries, here. In the 3 Bears kitchen, we’ve included everything you need to make the perfect cup of coffee with an espresso machine, Keurig, drip coffee pot and French press. You`ll be a bona fide barista by the time you head home.

We know firsthand that when you spend your days enjoying the great outdoors and breathing fresh mountain air, you and your pack will undoubtedly work up an appetite. We’ve gone to great lengths to ensure that there truly is no other kitchen more suited to cooking up delicious large family meals with the space to gather around the breakfast bar and dining table so you can plan your next adventure.

INDOOR/OUTDOOR DINING
Sit-down meals are a breeze at the large indoor dining table with enough seating for 8, the outdoor dining space with seating for 6 and additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar, offering you tons of room to spread out at mealtime. The indoor dining area is positioned directly in front of the large picture windows so that you’ll always be surrounded by the natural beauty of the magnificent outdoor views and the outdoor dining table offers panoramic views of the mountain range.

FRONT & BACKYARD
The outdoor space is overwhelmingly beautiful, with manicured paths and gardens. You and your group can relax in the multiple seating areas set up for conversation in both the front of the home and the back, where you’ll find a stylish covered seating area. You’re sure to fall in love with the breathtaking outdoor dining area equipped with a propane grill where you can have your meals while taking in the panoramic views of the mountain range. It doesn’t stop there though; there’s also a large backyard space and fire pit for gathering around with a glass of wine, or a cup of hot cocoa to decompress and enjoy the awe-inspiring surroundings


PARKING
You will have access to the front yard`s parking pad with space for up to 4 vehicles.


CHECK-IN/OUT
After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.

We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there`s something you need during your stay with us.


The 3 Bears Cabin is located in Invermere - a town that most only believe exists in fables and folklore until they come to visit. Nestled between the famed Rocky and Purcell Mountain ranges, this small town is the perfect vacation destination for any time of year on stunning Lake Windemere. The summers here offer endless water sports options, hiking, and exciting mountain adventures. In contrast, the winter provides every kind of winter sport you could imagine, from skiing to boarding and even heliskiing. There’s also a diverse and delicious array of restaurants, spas, and other attractions to satisfy any traveler.

When you stay with us you’ll be close to

● Incredible golfing amongst the mountains: If golfing is your game or even if you think you’d like to try your hand at swinging the clubs, there’s truly no better place than Invermere. When you stay at 3 Bears Cabin, you’ll be close to some of Canada’s most renowned courses, such as Copper Point Golf Club, Eagle Ranch Resort and famed Grey Wolf Golf Club, all within a short driving distance.

● Kinsmen Beach (3 mins): Plan a beach day at this beautiful outdoor space, where you can swim, paddle or boat surrounded by the mountains. There’s also space to picnic and burn off some energy at the children’s playground. Plenty of parking is available.

● The Farmer’s Market: Enjoy shopping for fresh produce and local specialties every Saturday morning at the Invermere Farmer’s market.

● Radium Hot Springs (17 mins): In less than 20 minutes, you can be at Radium’s famous natural hot springs.
