Cozy Renovated Condo in Quiet Community
Welcome to our newly renovated upstairs condo, located in a peaceful and family-friendly community. This fully furnished unit is perfect for a relaxing getaway, offering a serene environment while being conveniently close to major attractions.
-Sleeper Sofa: Available upon prior request, complete with linens.
- Prime Location: Only 2 miles from interstate exits, providing an easy 15-mile drive to downtown Charleston and a 20-mile drive to beautiful beaches.
- Parking: One assigned parking space included.
Community Guidelines:
- Vehicle Restrictions:No trailers, boats, buses, commercial vehicles with logos, or RVs are allowed on the premises.
- Pet Policy: No pets allowed. A $200 fine per pet, plus damages and cleaning fees, will apply if pets are in the unit.
- Quiet Hours: 10 PM-6am inside and outside.
- No Parties: Parties, gatherings, and events are strictly prohibited.
-Unregistered guests are not allowed on property.

- The condo is equipped with essential amenities but will not be restocked during your stay.

Peaceful Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The home was absolutely spotless. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. We had a fantastic stay! Very clean and convenient for us. The host is quick to respond to questions and the kitchen has plenty of things to use for cooking. Would definitely rebook if in the area again.

Wonderful Anniversary Trip

This home was really clean and I loved the little touches. They provided wonderful coffee and great recommendations of restaurants and places to check out. We loved the beds, they were so comfortable and we can't wait to come back!

The property is very nice and as pictured. The host is super sweet and very prompt to answer your questions. The only negative part was a neighbor two doors down was a little noisy.

Charleston holiday

The property was well equipped and very clean. We enjoyed the pond and the turtles sunning themselves on sunny days. Stores and restaurants were close by.

Would stay again

The property was beautiful and looked like the pictures. Annette was really helpful and answered questions almost immediately. If we have to return to the area I would stay here again. Just an fyi, if you have mobility issues I wouldn't recommend as there are a few stairs to get to it and the bedrooms are upstairs as well. Overall great stay and nice neighborhood.

My home away from home

I’m always happy staying here. Annette is amazing and always willing to try and work with me on checking in or checking out later. My favorite thing is sitting on the deck outside and looking at the water. Very peaceful.

Great Spot

The unit was just as described. Everything was clean and organized. Easy to find the linens for the pull out. Neighborhood was super quiet. Just a short drive to Downtown and only 10 minutes from the convention center where my daughter was competing. It’s close to everything you need while in Charleston! Would definitely stay there again and would recommend to anyone. Excellent Hosts!!

Beautiful Space

Hosts were extremely helpful upon arrival. This is a beautiful place and in a very quiet neighborhood. Easy to get to and conveniently located to visit North Charleston, Downtown Charleston, Goose Creek and Mt. Pleasant. Place is very clean and well taken care of. The only downside was that the neighbors were somewhat loud and you could smell marijuanna outside the property. We know it was not the hosts’ fault for that. We enjoyed our stay and if we visit again, would definitely choose this place for our stay, if available.

Clean, just an ok place to stay.

This is ok if you just need an overnight stay. The location isn’t great. The walls of the condo are very thin, so the noise from the neighbors was obnoxious. When the kids next door ran around their home, the condo shook. Several electrical outlets didn’t work. The sliding glass doors didn’t lock, and the porch could have been accessed by anyone from the ground or next door. The neighborhood didn’t feel particularly safe.

The place was nice had all the items that you need at home. The neighbors were having a party until 1 am so there was no sleep even after the party. The next day she came to advise me I was in her parking space I kindly advised her that the vehicle that was there wasn't mine and we only had one vehicle.

Perfect and relaxing

The balcony over the pond was a true gem. We saw alligator, turtles, Egrets, Wood Stork and a Heron. Loved reading and watching nature. It is easy on and off of the highway going into Charleston. The place was spotless. Loved the layout, downstairs was open from the kitchen to the family room. The two bedrooms each had their own sink with the shower/toilet room in the middle. Each bedroom had its own T.V, we never used it as we were too busy enjoying the wildlife on the balcony.

Charleston Get Away

This stay was decent. There were a few bumps when we arrived regarding cleanliness and Annette was on top of fixing the issues. Details are very important!! I do suggest cleaning outside areas as these are guests first appearance. Power washing would help the stairs and deck tremendously!! in making a great appearance along with more flowers/landscaping. This was listed as a condo and it appeared as an apartment?

Beautifully Updated Condo

You probably won't find a more beautifully kept, remodeled condo than you will at this location. Immaculate, clean and roomy, with an impossibly easy check in and out procedure and a fast responding owner. The beds are comfy and the decor is perfect, with my favorite color scheme. The condo itself is in an older neighborhood, so don't let the area or age fool you: the unit itself is perfect. The location is probably not for everyone, as it is in North Charleston so it is about a 20 min drive into town, which for me isn't bad since I am from Atlanta and we drive everywhere anyway. The area around the condo does have plenty of places to eat within 10 mins or less away, and very accessible to the interstate. Just remember too that the folks living next door and below are residences and there are kids running about and can be a little noisy at times, but after 10 pm, all is quiet. The unit also backs up to a quaint little pond as well, and is nice to sit outside and listen to the frogs and crickets if you want. Bottom line: if you don't mind the drive into town, and are ok with the occasional children playing outside, and want a beautifully furnished and comfortable 2 bedroom condo unit(they share an adjoining bath-roommate style) that is cheaper than staying in town, check this place out!

Very nicely appointed on the inside.Pictures don’t do it justice. About 17mins from airport and 25 mins from Charleston center, both times during less crowded weekend traffic. Shared bathroom upstairs, Jack and Jill style. Half bath on lower level. Three televisions, one in each bedroom and one in the living room. Beds were Comfortable and communication was clear. There are stairs to navigate both outside and inside if mobility is an issue. All in all, an excellent place to stay if you’re looking to be in good proximity to Charleston without all of the expense.
