2 BEDROOM 2 BATH FULLY FURNISHED CONDO ON THE COLORADO RIVER!
BEAUTIFUL MARINA/RIVER/MOUNTAIN VIEWS! FISH RIGHT ON THE RIVER DOCK.
This large 1261 square foot condo has everything you need for the perfect vacation or long-term stay including a marina and launch ramp for your boat or PWC, pool, jacuzzi, clubhouse, 150' river dock, garage parking, etc.. Enjoy the Colorado River without the daily hassle of launching and recovering your boat/PWC. Master Bedroom suite with King bed, second bedroom with Queen bed and twin bed. A futon couch bed and roll away twin bed is also provided so the condo can sleep seven. The condo has everything you need including: cable TV, high speed internet/wi-ifi, a flat screen TV in the living room and both bedrooms, DVD players, stereo, fireplace, washer/dryer in condo, all linens and a fully equipped kitchen. We even have his and hers golf clubs, beach chairs, ice chest, BBQ, etc. for your enjoyment. Just bring your clothes and tooth brush!

LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION!
-Enjoy the Colorado river with your boat/PWC right from the marina in the condo complex or if you prefer Lake Mohave, the launch ramp at Katherine's Landing is a 15 minute drive. Don't have a boat or PWC,? There are numerous companies nearby that rent jet skis and boats. Jet skis can be rented starting $55 per day.
-Laughlin is just a 10 minute drive away offering Las Vegas style gambling and entertainment at the numerous casinos, outlet shopping, movie theater, the Laughlin River Walk and even an In N Out Burger!
-Oatman is 35 minutes away on historic Route 66. Oatman is an old west gold mining town/ghost town where you can feed the wild burros that roam the streets, shop, dine and watch an old west gun fight.
-Las Vegas is a 1:30 drive.
-Lake Havasu is a 1:15 drive. Be sure and check out London Bridge Jet Boat Tours. The tour leaves from Laughlin and takes you down the Colorado River through scenic Topock Gorge and then to the famous London Bridge for lunch and shopping.

This is the perfect condo for anybody looking for a turn-key fully furnished condo with all utilities included: short term vacations, snowbirds looking for warm winter weather, traveling nurses, corporate housing needs, etc.

*VERY IMPORTANT: IF YOU ARE BRINGING A BOAT OR PERSONAL WATERCRAFT YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE AN INSURANCE POLICY WITH $300,000.00 COVERAGE FOR LIABILITY. YOU WILL NEED TO FILL OUT A BRIEF FORM AND HAVE YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY ISSUE CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE NAMING LAGUNA NUEVA COA AS ADDITIONALLY INSURED. Beautiful, well appointed condo

Just returned home after 4 great weeks in Mike’s lovely condo. So nice to have a garage to park our car. The condo is very clean and nicely furnished. The kitchen very well appointed and we enjoyed having the barbecue right on the balcony. The pool and hot tub area are great and Mike was wonderful to deal with. Would definitely stay again if we return to the area.

Great Get-Away

Condo and marina set-up is great! Very easy to get out and onto the open river just minutes away from Laughlin. Condo is clean and well-stocked. Just keep an eye on the dam openings & closures if you're using the marina--water will get too low. Keeping an eye on the published times alleviates this concern. Overall--great time!

Peaceful

Our stay was awesome. Very comfortable and quiet. Felt like home. Mike was very responsive to any questions I had. We had the pool to ourselves almost everyday. The only thing I would mention is the room was on the third floor, no elevator. Other that that, we will stay here again.

Excellent Condo on the third floor!

We stayed here for 3 wonderful weeks in the quiet season of November. The condo is on the third floor and there is no elevator so you need to climb 2 flight of stairs. The condo is very comfortable, in very good condition, very relaxing and has everything you need. The owner is very accommodating and I would definitely recommend this condo to non-handicapped people (as you need to be able to climb stairs).

Very comfortable condo

This condo is spacious, clean, and comfortable. It is equipped with everything you might need for an extended stay. The living room couch and loveseat are the most comfortable I have ever seen in a vacation rental. They are usually very uncomfortable sofa sleepers. This one has built in recliners, very comfy! Has a garage for parking. A great location next to the river, with a clubhouse and pool. Communication with the host Michael is outstanding. All at a reasonable price. It will definitely be on our return list.

Disappointing Experience

We planned to dock our jetskis on the advertised marina on the property. However, the River was soooo low we could not enter or take advantage of that feature. So, we parked our trailer with skis near the rear of the property, went out for brunch, returned and found our jetskis had been stolen... from the gated property. Called police and our insurance to make a report. An HOA member was available on the property to help with reporting the incident.

Beautiful!

The condo was beautiful. The bedrooms were very large and accommodating for my family of five. It was clean, well-stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the water pressure in the bathrooms was amazing. We will definitely rent from Mike again.

Cozy condo in perfect location!

The condo is in a great location across the River from Laughlin. It’s clean, well appointed with comfortable beds, a bright cherry kitchen, dining area and comfortable furniture in the living room. Mike was quick to respond to any questions and even checked on us to make sure the air conditioning was working properly as the thermometer reached 118! We look forward to a return trip!

Amazing Place

It’s on the 3rd floor so lugging things up was a chore, funny but respecting the neighbors on the first day was impossible. Mayb even the time we was here cause we was in the go so we is .sorry! Walked in was amazed Mike has everything and so well stocked, like this is not a normal owner who does this✔️ So thank you.. in all we had our own items and cookware ..the grill was used more so that was the best. I’m a clean freak even the base board was clean 🤣 very organized I would rent again but the stairs will b my biggest issue.. if your young at heart this is the place to b✔️ The view was great too got to see turtles and beaver... oh yes the pool was clean and maintained .!! Thanks so much Mike

We have been vacationing on the Colorado River for the last ten years as a family. After we rented a condo in Laguna Nueva, we immediately decided to buy a condo in this incredible complex.

There is no other property like this very unique complex right on the Colorado River. The private marina allows you the opportunity to leave your boat or PWC in the water overnight without the hassle of daily launching and recovering. This scenic complex is impeccably maintained giving it a resort like feel with a launch ramp, marina, pool, spa, clubhouse, etc. Las Vegas style gambling is just a 10 minute drive away in Laughlin. Laughlin also offers outlet shopping, casino entertainment and a movie theater.
