City ordinance requires quiet hours in exterior spaces after 10pm. No parties or loud gatherings. No music or noise on exterior decks after 10pm please. Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years. Maximum number of guests is 12 persons. Owner will send separate contract for guest`s signature.

In addition to the cancellation policy- All Payments are Refundable less the direct costs charged for the cancellation by the credit card processing company of up to 4%.
