Soak in panoramic privacy from thick surrounding bamboo and arching live oaks. The Insta-Worthy waterfall, with bench underneath, will take your mind off life for a while and make you feel you have escaped. Pool floats and striped towels provided. Oct-May the pool is heated to 87 degrees. No heated pool fee.

The indoor dining table includes 10 chairs and in the same open-kitchen/dining area are 4 kitchen counter stools. Additionally, there is a kids dining table and high chair. Lastly, there is an extra chair in the laundry room for the dining room table.

Bring a cup of locally roasted coffee and savor scenic Hill Country views from a swing or one of the quaint benches placed around the grounds, under mature live oak trees. The deer are happy to greet you. Let the kids run wild in the green grass, with reassurance they are in a gated, fenced, and secured setting. Go barefoot to feel the well-kept grass under your feet. This is your private estate; enjoy every inch of it.

Some might decide to get sweaty, prior to a swim, with a game of basketball at the half court. Kids will enjoy a designated carpeted toy room. Toys for days! Other games include tossing the football, barefoot, in the bright green grass, corn hole, and ring toss. Watch the big game from the hot tub or classic movie inside, fireside. Everyone can watch his or her favorite shows between seven large screen HD/4K TVs, each with Roku streaming.

Once the sun sets, Fancy Like turns into a magical place with year-round enchanting string lights from tree to tree and around the well-lit pool. Let the fun continue into the evening in a surreal evening setting, with complete privacy. Enjoy evening conversation and memories around the fire pit. Kindling, firewood, and s'mores sticks provided.

★ MAKING MAMA'S LIFE EASIER ★
She doesn't have to lug baby gear. Swim diapers, high chair, full-sized crib, playpen (s), bassinet, changing table with wipes, separate toy room, kids dining table, PFOA-free plastic kids dining ware, and a kitchen step stool are all provided. For night-night time, a spotless bath tub, will mean no change in the normal at-home routine.

Equipped with All-Clad pots and pans, bakeware, modern appliances, and spices; ideal for the inspired home chef. A bright, light-filled space designed for convenience with labeled cabinets and light switches. You’ll appreciate the convenience of (2) fridge/freezer combos. Both pool-friendly cups and high-end wine glasses provided because Fun and Fancy are top priorities 'round here.

Reverse osmosis filtered water, in kitchen, offers removal of contaminants such as sodium fluoride, lead, arsenic, and PFAS, leading to cleaner, better-tasting water for drinking/cooking.

Provided Keurig/coffee maker combo, French press, bean grinder, coffee/tea pods, coffee beans, teas, ground coffee, creamer, sugars, and to-go cups. One coffee bar in main house and one in casita. Includes locally roasted beans from Gruene Haus Coffee. Even the coffee is an authentic Hill Country vacation experience. It's all about the little things.
