This large 5 bedroom home by Canyon lake has a guest house in the back , very large spacious outdoor patio. Sleeps up to 12 guests at a time. This home has probably one of the largest privately owned arcades near the lake all free to play in a large theater theme game room , perfect for kids. In addition this home is extremely close to Canyon Lake and only 1/2 mile to the Turkey Cove boat ramp and neighborhood pool as well as 1 mile to the lakes HOA lake access gate , and 4 miles to the Horseshoe on The Guadeloupe River one of the most popular tubing spots on the river. This home is on a 1/2 acre of land where deer can often be seen roaming and offers nearly 2000 sq ft of space with its additional guest house in the back section of the property allowing for addition guest space. This property is well suited for large groups of friends or family. Come enjoy one of the most beautiful parts of Texas. Message me for special deals and discounts. We had an absolutely wonderful stay and cannot say enough good things about this host. The hospitality was truly exceptional—honestly some of the best we’ve ever experienced anywhere. The host went above and beyond with thoughtful touches and little extras that made us feel genuinely welcomed.Communication was also outstanding—easily the best of anywhere we’ve stayed. The host provided clear, proactive information about everything we could possibly want or need to know, which made the entire stay seamless and stress-free. They also graciously allowed us to stay later on the day of check-out since no one was arriving after us, which was a huge benefit and so incredibly appreciated.The home had a Christmas tree and exterior lights, which made it especially perfect since we booked this stay to celebrate the holidays with our adult child and friends. It created such a warm, festive atmosphere and made the trip feel extra special.The house was spotless and comfortable. The game room was incredibly cool and a huge hit with everyone—we spent a lot of time there and loved every minute. We also enjoyed occasionally spreading a little deer corn in the yard and watching the deer graze in the mornings and evenings, which was a truly peaceful and memorable experience.The driveway has plenty of parking, which made everything very easy for our group. Overall, this was an amazing stay, and we’re so glad we chose this home for our holiday this year. Highly recommended.

The stay was absolutely perfect. We were able to plan everything based off the photos. The house was super clean. The host was very communicative and beyond nice. Outside was beautiful and the deer there were so cute. We will 100% be staying here again. Thank you guys for providing a place that was absolutely perfect for what we needed.

Steven was a wonderful host and made sure we had everything we needed for our week long stay. He went above and beyond and was very quick to respond if we had any questions or needed anything. The house was clean and had plenty of space for our family. The boys loved the entertainment room and arcade games. They also had lots of fun in the nice backyard feeding and naming all the deer. The location seemed to be central to all the places we wanted to go. There is so much to do in the area. We would definitely recommend and I'm sure we'll be back!

Family friendly, alot of entertainment! Close to about everything but far enough out and by the lake for a relaxing stay the kids absolutely loved. Kitchen well stocked/equipped. Just a great place, will be back!

We had a wonderful stay in Canyon Lake while celebrating my birthday with family! The location was beautiful and peaceful—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The home was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Our host was incredibly sweet and very communicative, which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Absolutely wonderful place to stay! Everyone loved the arcade room. We vacation in Canyon Lake multiple times a year so we have a lot of experience with rentals in the area. This home was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable. The outside space is nice to relax with coffee in the morning or to enjoy the lights and ambiance at night with the Hill Country breeze. We also enjoyed feeding the deer. The host is very kind and really understands hospitality.

Family trip

This was an awesome house to stay at. The hosts had a plethora of dishes and cookware and the game room was icing on the cake. The hosts were so sweet and responsive. I’ll be coming back here next year!

Family Getaway

We enjoyed staying at this beautiful home so much! it was perfect for our party of 10. We had a broad age group of children with us ranging from 2 to 16. The kids really enjoyed seeing the deer everywhere. The neighborhood pool and basketball court was an extra bonus. The host was very easy to reach and was extremely accommodating. He even had the house waiting for us with music and chocolates. We can't wait to visit again!

Wonderful much needed getaway!

We had such a great time here. The deer feedings and everything was such a cool experience. So close to everything, so location was so convenient!! Beautiful and clean home, and incredibly nice neighbors. The best experience, we will be back!

A great home!

We arrived a bit early and the property owner was very kind and let us know where things were, we had a lake access key but it was a bit of a walk so we went to a local park with parking and lake access. The deer are wonderful and the patio is great for hanging out. Overall 10/10

The house was in a great location. It was central to everywhere we needed to go. Once we got there, the house was so welcoming, chocolates were left for us. The music was turned on for us, and we even had a deer waiting for us to feed her. The wildlife we got to see just in the backyard was amazing. If I ever come back to this area I will definitely stay here again.

Versatile spot

We were only a 20 min drive from Gruene, natural bridge caverns and the Comal River. The Guadalupe horseshoe loop float was only a 10 min drive. The pool was well kept and fun thing to do.

Everything was amazing about this house! The game room provided really fun games to be competitive with friends as well as a good pass time. The kitchen and living room was a nice place to gather and make nice dinners in and just visit. The kitchen provided everything we needed to cook meals. And the extra blankets/linens in the master bedroom were very helpful.The corn hole and giant jenga games outside were nice to play with while grilling and just hanging out listening to music. The hanging string lights provided a good ambiance as well. Every bed was comfortable and warm to sleep in. And the TV’s in every bedroom including the guest house were very nice! The host was very good at communicating throughout our trip, responding pretty quickly every time to each question/concern we had. Also very sweet touch getting the game room lights all set up before our arrival and leaving a cute note/treats for us.The house was in a pretty good location when it came to activities to do with everything being within a 30 minute drive including Schlitterbahn, Comel park and river and various grocery stores/coffee shops. Overall, our trip was amazing and loved everything about this house and the host!
