I am just out of words and I must admit this review did break our heart!. This home was gut renovated and pretty much everything was practically new with tags on most of the furnitures. Sad part was, our property care taker went above and beyond to provide everything this guest has requested. This guest was the 3rd stay and everyone else , just loved it. Not to mention, our property care taker was running around on a busy memorial weekend to help satisfy this guest’s “wants”. Matter of fact, our property care taker had to provide this guest with a brand new grill as the guest didn’t like another new grill that was there. There is no point in staying the entire duration, enjoying everything and writing a vague bad review; I guess, we cannot satisfy everyone. With that said, we are going to focus on the majority of our guest who communicate with us and work with us to make their stay comfortable, “while staying at the property”. I believe No one gains anything by writing a bad review, instead work with us to make your stay more memorable. Matter of fact over 80% of our guest have turned out to be a year over year repeat guest, across all of our properties. We strive to provide the best experience possible for every guest.
