Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Jungel Estates is comfortable, clean and well-equipped with the added bonus of a beautiful pool. The area is quiet (except for the jungle serenade at night:) and in a strategic location for excursions.

Would be a nice honeymoon spot. Somewhat secluded, private, nice property. Has most everything you need for a pleasant stay.

We had a wonderful stay. It was a perfect spot for a young ladies (my daughter) bday . The pool area could use some lights for the evening time. We did really enjoy the location and would recommend this place to others.

Nice and comfortable private property. It was a wonderful jungle escape. The on island contact was very friendly and responsive. We absolutely loved being here.

Private Hideaway

We enjoyed our stay but were a little surprised at the distance from town. At first it seems as though there is not much around in the way of restaurants or food stores but once you learn the neighbor hood you find options.

Private Place to Take it Easy

Great location and very private area. Good place to just relax and hang out but also not terribly far from fun things to do. The pool was nice and the water was clean except for a solid amount of debris from trees and such - it could stand to be vacuumed out. Also the pool skimmer was kind of broken but we did our best and cleaned a lot of the leaves and dirt out ourselves. Really enjoyable experience overall and would love to stay here again!

Lovely, Romantic Hideaway

Overall we had a lovely stay. The property is beautiful, very private and the house is set up nicely for a romantic getaway. The home is mostly well equipped, but don't forget to bring you own games, books and an umbrella. We would also have appreciated a large umbrella over the pool deck chairs, as shown in the listing photos. The pool seemed a bit dirty when we arrived, (paint missing and lots of debris on the bottom), but the water was clean and it was vacuumed out on the second last day of our stay. There was also a bee's nest under the concrete edge at one corner of the pool. We tried to leave them alone and stuck to the opposite end of the pool. I did get stung while sitting on the lanai one evening, we but understand that bees are very special in nature, so it's probably best just to leave them alone. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and were happy with the communication with the host.

We're so glad that you enjoyed your time at Jungle Villa :-) The pool is cleaned weekly, but bottom is a bit worn which doesn't look the greatest - but as you mentioned, the water is clean and inviting. the inconvenience to guests from draining and refinishing the pool just doesn't make sense at this time, since it's purely a cosmetic issue. We do have a new pool umbrella on order.... one of the drawbacks to life here is that it takes AGES for seasonal items to ship. We are hoping it arrives soon. We do have a bee keeper who assists with relocating hives - we will have them come and take a look at the situation there. Thank you so much for letting us know!!
