Lovely home in Luquilto with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms in a very private, gated community. Close to the La Monserrate Beach in Luquillo and a beautiful Pool right outside the front door! This property features a full kitchen, a large outdoor grill. Dining area with a large dining room table and a breakfast nook. Watch the beautiful sunrise over the River Pitahaya from the large, private backyard! Air conditioning, Cable Television and WiFi for your comfort. Master bedroom offers a King bed with en suite; Bedroom 2 and 3 offer queen sized beds and the 4th bedroom has full sized bed with trundle and a twin bed with a trundle. The home sleeps 12-13 comfortably with the sofa sleeper. Washer and Dryer on site for your convenience. Close La Monserrate Beach with Kiosko of 60 bars/restaurants! Plan a day trip on a Catamaran to a deserted island and experience some fantastic snorkeling! Or take a Ferry or hopper flight to Vieques or Culebra and explore the sister islands. Visit historic Old San Juan, El Yunke Rainforest, Golf, snorkel, horseback riding, shopping and many, many more attractions!
The pool has been under health restrictions. We are expecting a re-open date soon!

Family Stay in Luquillo

Overall a solid property but not quite as advertised. A few smaller issues included the ant issue in the master bathroom and living room as well as the code to enter the gated property not working. The WiFi also did not work the entire trip. Lastly, the bathroom jacuzzi in the master bath did not work.A bigger issue is the property was advertised as having 3 bathrooms but the 3rd bathroom (the only bathroom on the main floor) was not working the entire trip and was off limits to us. Traveling with a large range in age, not having a first floor bathroom was an issue.Overall, a good experience with great AC, nice pool and GREAT location but a few minor issues that need to be resolved.

Great for a big group!

We were a multi generational party of 9 and stayed for a week. This property more than met our needs. The bedrooms were large and laid out so each set of adults could have their own room and the kids all shared. The common spaces were large so it never felt cramped. The house has everything you need and is cozy. The host was easy to communicate with. It is located in a gated community so we always felt safe. The location next to the pool was a huge plus. It suited our needs and we would for sure stay again if we were to travel back to Puerto Rico with our family.

Safe gated community

There were 8 adults in our group. we stayed 2 weeks. The 4 bedrooms each had their own AC so everyone could set their own temperature. All rooms were spacious. The accommodations were simple but definitely met the needs of our family. However, if you are looking for something elegant this would not meet your expectations. However

NEVER AGAIN !

Worn uncomfortable mattress, Handrails looked like the ones in NYC subway, Bidet handle in master was busted, No information on car dash paddles for easy entry, NO toilet paper or trash bag liners for 10 day stay told to go get my own. The host was useless, she even changed the agreed upon dates claiming a future family emergency throwing my vacation itinerary in peril. If you enjoy chaos, poor communication and disappointment then your in the right place !

We enjoyed our stay, we were right next to the pool and gym.....convenient! Our host was amazing, if there was an issue we contacted her immediately and she was right on it! Lived this property and highly recommend.

Great stay

My husband and I with our three kids (2 young adults and a 14 yr old) enjoyed our stay at this gated complex. It was right next door to the swimming pool. The place was very clean and spacious and a quick drive to the beach and food kiosks. Our excursions were all in San Juan which was only about a 45 min drive. We would stay again.

Fun in the sun

There is never a bad day in Puerto Rico! We had such a great time being together here. Our family needed this. The house is a perfect place to unwind and relax. Everyone was happy and relaxed. Lots of laughs and we thoroughly enjoyed this experience!! We hope to do this again…

Truley a paradise

Overall, the house was clean, well maintained and absolutly gorgeous! The neighborhood was secure and centrally located to many destinations. Whether it was the beach, shopping, restaurants or El Yunque, everything was near enough that it didnt require a lot of travel. Although there was a small issue with the entry code and getting in when we first arrived, it was quickly resolved and my family and I were able to fully enjoy our stay. If your ever traveling with a large family i highly recommend this place!

The location was a plus!! the area, amenities, spaces and house supplies were fantastic, definitely very convenient and cozy, made us feel like home. I would have liked better and advanced communication to help me feel more comfortable and confident with the logistics of this educational group trip from work. it will be convenient to have email as well. double check if the customer received the instructions to check in. I was able to see them just right at the entrance. It will be a great relieve!~

Nice place and easy access to everything

The house is very nice, comfortable, lot of space for our family. We had towels, coolers, chairs and all the kitchen utensils to cook there. The air conditioner worked perfect during our stay. We had electricity during out stay. The house is close to every spot that we wanted to visit like beaches, rainforest, casino, stores and restaurants. It is also around 35 minutes from the airport and easy access to go to San Juan and other towns. I felt safe in the area, but our only issue was to get in thru the gate. The code that was provided didn't work. We stayed there 7 days and every time we went out and came back, we had to wait for the guard to open the gate for us. It was very frustrating, sometimes when the guard was doing the rounds and we had to wait for him to open the gate for us. We have more than one car and only one sticker to access was available and the rest had to use the code, and that code didn't work. That information was communicated to the owner several times, but the issue was never resolved. That was the only issue we had, but very frustrating to be outside the gates waiting for the guard to open especially late at night.

Beautiful Home

This home is beautiful. It has four very comfortable rooms and a full kitchen, and spotless. I felt like I was in my own home. Having the pool next door was great. I would stay here again. The only issue is if you are traveling to the other side of the Island it is a few hours of a ride 2 -3 depending on where you are going. My only negative would be each bed needs better pillows we all had neck pain. Other than that it was great.

Spacious home away from home

My husband and I stayed here with our 22yo and 16yo sons for a short five-night stay. The house was well maintained and very clean. There were plenty of linens and towels (including beach towels). Having the pool right next door was very convenient. We did have to contact security at the gate upon arrival to gain entry, but the process was trouble-free. I did try to access the Clubhouse once, and it was closed. I was curious about the gym, but didn't care enough to inquire on how to get in as our time there was short, and we had plenty of planned activities. This is a home rental that I would definitely stay at again. Thanks, Renae.

Family Vacation

The property was well very clean, lots of room and well stocked. Renae, the host was awesome and the gated community is well maintained. Easy entry and exit process with friendly security. Would recommend this host and property.

We were looking for a Home in a private, gated community with amenities and a nice pool; we found this beautiful four bedroom home next to a gorgeous pool and a Clubhouse with a full gym. The River Pitahaya flows through the backyard offering picturesque views and serene privacy! Our Home is peaceful and private yet so close to everything that we love to do!!

The unique benefits of this Home are what we love about it. Peaceful Privacy with a beautiful Pool and so much to see and do! Beaches, snorkeling, exploring the Rain Forest and many Restaurants! There are so many attractions - always something fun to do!
