The two bedrooms have comfortable queen-size mattress with deluxe linens. Both Bathrooms has a tub to soak in.

Condo amenities include three pools, one of which is heated; tennis and pickleball courts; putting green; covered pavilion with barbeque grills and picnic tables; a car wash station. A short walk to the Riverview Club with access to the private fishing pier with spectacular views and relaxing gazebo. Visitors may also temporarily join on an inexpensive basis classes for yoga, art, dance, bridge and line dancing. Directly next to the Riverview Club is Canopy Shores Park which offers visitors many opportunities to enjoy nature under the large oak canopy. The park includes a 1.5 mile loop paved trail for walking, biking and bird watching-- complete with exercise stations. Also includes a playground for children to enjoy.

Convenient shopping with Publix, Walgreens, and Dunkin Donuts nearby. Downtown St. Augustine, the Nation's Oldest City, is 8 miles away with its historical sites, shops, restaurants and entertainment. The beach is a 10-minute drive away.
