The Villas of Ocean Gate is a beautifully appointed Mediterranean style condominium in the Heart of Anastasia Island and just steps away from the beautiful St. Augustine/Butler Beach. The property has a private beach access & located only a few minutes from Historic Downtown St. Augustine. Enjoy a ground floor view of the sparkling pool/heated spa and beautifully landscaped courtyard from the breezy, relaxing pool. The Condo is 1416 sq. ft. newly furnished with all appliances and a full size washer and dryer.
Open floor plan in kitchen, dining and living area with large flat screen TV with streaming for guests to use their personal account.
The large master bedroom suite has two large walk-in closets and en-suite bath with double vanities, garden tub, separate shower. Guest bath has tub/shower combination.
Large kitchen in open floor plan include breakfast bar, black appliances, Refrigerator, Stove, Dishwasher & Microwave. Upgraded cabinets and granite countertops.
Covered parking on lst level with all concrete construction, deeded beach access and access to 2 pools, hot tub on sundeck and pickleball courts.

Great family beach get away

We had a great time staying in this condo. Very roomy, and the kids loved having the pool right off the patio. Beach was a short walk and we were thankful for the beach cart provided. The only negative I have is that the bed in the master bedroom was not very comfortable. Other than that we had an awesome time!

At last minute she told me she had to change me to another apt bigger l did not need that

She did not mention that was the closest. To the street aia I could hear the cars flying by also was very. Far to the beach I never. Even saw the beach was to far for me to walk I even got a handy cap permisión in the car. I really wish she had been. A little more honest. And did not answer my calls veery disaponted

This is not the unit you were in. You requested condo 107 but the owners had me move you because they wanted to come in. That was the only unit I had and explained to you by phone. The one you were in was a 3 bedroom with 2 king beds so I knew you and your Realtor friend would be comfortable in the beautiful unit. I also gave you the same rate which mean a big discount to you. We receive many great reviews for this property and the unit you were in. I'm very sorry you were unhappy. I hope you found the perfect place for you to rent for long term here. Patty

Perfect getaway

The property is exactly as described. I have 4 stars on cleanliness because it needs some attention to details. Outside furniture was not cleaned, appliances could have been better. I would suggest to give instructions on how to get to the beach, it could be a bit confusing, but the place is lovely. The swimming pool needs attention, with so much rain we never saw anyone cleaning it. The rules for the place are well established but not everyone follows them and I did not see anyone enforcing them. Your place is perfect, and it has everything needed to relax and be comfortable. Thank you for letting us enjoy it.

Thank you for letting me know your concerns. I will speak with my cleaners but can you help by emailing staugustinevacation@comcast.net the areas you were not happy with clean? This will help my quality control employee keep a check on those areas as well. I will speak to the property manager about the pool condition. We did receive a LOT of storms and rain last week. I will check my welcome booklet in the unit because there is suppose to be a map to the beach inside. I'm glad you enjoyed your stay, Patty

Very clean. Good location.The beach was a long walk but you can drive to the beach if you have 4x4.

Very nice. Quiet. Pool is right outside next to patio. Parking was very convenient.

Would stay here again

Patty helped us find two places (to fit 8 people) at the last minute. Both condos were a good size (two bedroom), had nice finishings, and a good location. We would definitely stay here again.
