This complex is nestled in West Beach with Little Lagoon Access and a Private Boardwalk for Beach Access. Beach and waves on one side, fishing and kayaking on the other; it is the best of both worlds!

Come on inside to this 2 story, 2 bedroom 2.5 bath townhome. The Primary Suite provides a King Size Bed with a Private Full Bathroom and a Private Deck with views of the Gulf. The Guest Bedroom boasts a Queen Size Bed, a Twin over Twin Bunkbed, a Private Full Bathroom, and a Private Deck with views of Little Lagoon. Need extra sleeping? Downstairs, the couch in the Living area opens to a Queen Sleeper Sofa. The Kitchen is well prepped to create all your vacation meals including a Keurig. There is a half bath located just off the kitchen on the main level plus a stackable Washer and Dryer tucked away in the laundry closet. Heading outside? The Owners have provided a kayak and a blow-up paddle board with lifejackets to explore the Lagoon waters and wildlife, plus other beach gear!
