This 2BR/2BA condo is located in the most-desirable building of the Ledges complex with an outstanding view of the Lake s main-channel. This unit faces the North (Bldg 10), so you wonā€™t get beat with the afternoon sun! You can sit and watch the sunrise or sunset as you drink your morning coffee or your afternoon favorite beverage. Youā€™ll appreciate the new paint, flooring and new bedding along with comfortable furnishings as you relax and visit in the open living area.

If you're looking for a serene spot to unwind with your favorite book, drink, or snack while enjoying the passing boats, the new screened-in patio is the ideal location. And the best part is, you won't have to deal with any bothersome bugs!

We take pride in how CLEAN our unit is! Bring along your laptop and log onto the Internet at High-Speed with Free Wi-Fi! The Kitchen is fully-equipped. The Master Suite has a King-sized bed, private bath, walk-in closet, Cable TV and a fantastic Lake View. The 2nd Bedroom also has a King-sized bed, common shared bath, and Cable TV. We also have a Queen Sofa Bed for the extra guests. (Unit sleeps 6)
The complex has a lot to offer: 2 Swimming pools and a Huge Sandy Beach area with a play area for the kids.

***NOTE: 2023 the condo will be removing the gas grill- We will no longer have a grill or permit any type of grill.

BOATERS:: Our boat slips are close by and available upon request. The State Park is just a short drive away and offers very nice launching facilities as well as short to long-term trailer parking for your Boat or Personal Watercraft Trailer OR you can go just down the street to Surdyke who also offers very nice launching facilities as well as trailer parking. By water, you ll be on the 20.5 Mile Marker just around the corner from the Grand Glaize Bridge.

LADIES WEEKENDS:: All the shopping at the Lake is close by! The Lake of the Ozarks hosts the Factory Outlet Village, the largest Outlet Mall in the State with over 110 factory direct outlets. These stores are jam-packed with famous name brand merchandise at prices that will amaze you!

GOLFERS: Bring your clubs! All of the courses are just a short drive from the centrally located Ledges Complex.

Our condo was beautifully decorated and updated. The check-in and check-out process was simple. The management answered any questions we had quickly. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed! We had a wonderful stay!!

Ckeck- In was great, we called because we could not find our code via email, and they quick and very helpful. Kitchen was decent but the electric burners were not properly placed on the stove needing to be adjusted for even cooking surface.Found some dishes in the cabinet that were extremely greasy and not cleaned. Knifes are not sharp, so be carful of your fingers.

Great Location to Get Away

Condo was great, and had all the amenities described in the listing. Check in was easy, and the location was great. The balcony overlooked the lake with a great view, and it was very quiet and cozy.
