Everything about our 5 day stay was wonderful The host had games for all ages to enjoy and the house was stocked with everything we neeed for a 5 day stay and more I would highly recommend this place for a fun vacation in fact we will stay here again

Exactly what we needed

We had a great time. And the house was clean, the bedrooms were comfy. The temperature of the home was very comfortable. Lots of fun things for the kids to do. Plenty of towels and dishes. I recommend it to anybody who would like a fun family weekend away to relax.

The house was great! Perfect location to the ski resort! House is fully equipped, hot tub was lovely after night skiing! Highly recommended this rental! We were a family of 6 and had plenty of room.

Great house for 2 families for a ski weekend!

Very spacious and clean house that perfectly accommodated our two families. Easy to drive in/out of town. Kids loved the games and hot tub. You canā€™t use the indoor fire place - FYI. We hope to be back again!

Relaxing adult weekend

We really enjoyed our stay! The home is beautiful and out of town but a quick easy drive to everything happening in Town!! We had some plans in town for Saturday..but hung out a good bit at the house playing pool and just chatting! It was the perfect way to unwind!

Birthday stay

My daughter wanted a small trip instead of big party for her 16th birthday. Myself and a small group of her friends spent the weekend with her here. It was a great time and despite the weather, the girls took full advantage of the house amenities. It was clean and lots of room for all.

Beautiful Home

We enjoyed our stay very much. The owner is kind and communicative. My family and I thought home was clean, spacious, and had beautiful finishes and woodwork. The great room with the high ceiling and exposed beams was a nice place to unwind after a long day. The Buffalo Bills gear that adorned the game room was fun and cool. We would definitely stay again. Great Get Away

We were in town for a family reunion in Springville. It was the perfect place for our family of 9. It was only about a 20 minute drive to Springville and 10 minutes to Ellicottville. The large kitchen and family area gave us a place to gather while there. The home has so much to offer, unfortunately we didnā€™t use any due to being with family until late. We were basically there to sleep and have breakfast. We would definitely rent again.

Fun in Western New York and Family Reunion

This home exceeded all our expectations!!! Our hosts thought of EVERYTHING. The house is amazing by itself. As an old farm house, the character shows up no matter where you turn. The kitchen is so much fun to cook in and the griddle and grill are great!! Add to all that the hosts attention to detail with all the furnishings and play thins is amazing!!

A perfect getaway!

My family was staying in Western NY for a funeral and needed a large house to hold us. I absolutely loved the quiet atmosphere of Tina's house. Ellicottville was easily accessible within 10 minutes. The house was perfectly outfitted with everything we needed and then some! Tina was extremely responsive to any questions I had. The only thing my kids were upset about was not being able to take the barn cat from across the street home with us :) Thank you so much!
