There is a normal socket for charging your e-car, motorcycle, bicycle or e-boat. Charging is free for your car, boat, etc. at Villa Swaenenstein.

If you would like to take your own boat, rib, jet ski or other water toys with you, you will get your free berth right outside the door on your terrace. Slipway is present and also free. Parking trailers is fantastic and is free. The rental price for me includes electricity consumption and gas for heating.

Your stay:

This unique holiday home is located directly on the Johan Friso Canal in the beautiful town of Stavoren. There is a direct connection to the Frisian lakes here. There are several beaches that are particularly suitable for children. The surrounding area is particularly suitable for exploring on foot, bike, boat, SUP or by canoe. These exclusive country houses are located in a small park, 500m from the IJsselmeer and the center of the Frisian town of Stavoren. You can park your car for free and right next to your holiday home.

You can use the facilities in the nearby park (covered swimming pool, water sports shop and supermarket section). The Marinapark with its facilities is open from Easter weekend and until the last weekend of the autumn vacation in October.
You will find many options here for a varied holiday! A boat trip to Enkhuizen in North Holland with its Zuiderzee Museum is a great day trip. The owner speaks German very well and can make further recommendations. In the apartment there are other tourist information and land and water maps.

Boat:
You can rent a house owner's boat and discover Friesland on the water. The boat is free of boating license and suitable for a maximum of 10 people (captain always from 18 years). Behind the huge steering wheel is a bench (4 people), lying area (4 people with biminitop new), in front a table with a round seat for 8 people. Even in bad weather, a torn is perfect to make and a fantastic ship through the carbio top. Also very suitable for fishing with friends or colleagues. Nautical equipment available, e.g. Anchors, lines, etc.
You can also spend the night with it (around 4 people). Radio, Bluetooth and lighting are available. The ship has a Lister diesel engine.

Prices are in combination with the apartment. Fuel and insurance are included in the price. The boat is 8.5 long and 2.8 wide and has a weight of 6000 kilos and is therefore stable and very easy to drive. For more information on the boat, email the owner. From more than 5 hours of wind power 6 or more than 5 hours of rain, you can not really relax boating and the rental will be refunded from that day.

Flat:
Upstairs are three bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. On the first floor you will find the spacious nautical living room with a wonderful seating area, two leather lounge chairs, a bench and the open kitchen with all facilities and a table with six chairs. Through the double doors you get to the beautiful terraces.
In the back with a 6 persons lounge set and a table with four chairs. In the front a table with four chairs and two sun loungers.

The house is suitable for a maximum of 8 people and has a beautiful view on both sides. The house is suitable for a maximum of 6 adults or 4 adults with 4 children (up to 16 years). Two families are not allowed.

Stavoren is located directly on the IJsselmeer and is therefore an excellent place for water sports! You can of course also come with your own boat. Marina Stavoren with many berths is 200 meters away.
Every year the SKS Skûtsjesilen passes Stavoren. In Stavoren you can shop very well, and you will find many water sports shops. Stavoren is on the Hanze bike path and there are also hiking trails through Stavoren, the Frisian coastal path and the Zuiderzee path. This holiday home is located in an exclusive holiday park and offers a lot of rest. Even in winter it is a dream landscape with even more tranquility than in the summer season.

You do not need to get bored in the area around this beautiful holiday home - hiking, cycling, water sports and of course you can also go fishing. You can even go fishing directly from the terrace. Discover the Gaasterland with its very special old forests on foot or by bike. Playing golf is even possible here. This apartment is not rented to groups with young people to maintain peace. This apartment can only be booked for tourist purposes. The Marinapark Stavoren has two harbors, the Skippers Inn captain bar, pool, fitness room, a “de Potvis” beach bar on the IJssel and a game room. Some things are shared with other guests and for a fee.
Pets are not allowed in the holiday home.
