This cool little house is only 23 minutes to Zion's main entrance. Featuring a huge, private, fenced back yard for plenty of space to relax and enjoy the outdoors with friends or family. Soak up some sun, stargaze, or share drinks and roast mallows around the fire. If you have miniature humans they will love the large lawn and playground or perhaps even backyard camping. Try breakfast on the patio or grill outdoor on a commercial grade infrared gas grill.
There is covered parking for two vehicles and room for up to two more or room to park trailers, toys, or store bikes. Sleep comfortable in two private rooms with an additional sofa bed in the living room if needed.
If grilling isn't for you, you'll love having a full kitchen with a stove, oven, Keurig, full size fridge, double sink, dishwasher and disposal. Place settings for at least 6. 40" Roku TVs with Netflix and Hulu, subscriptions

Great Overnight Stay

The property was clean, cozy, and met our needs for our one night stay. The large backyard was nice and we loved the little s'mores packs provided but we're not able to do a fire since there was no more wood available. Love the theme going on and it was easy to get in and out of the driveway.

Great Stay!

We had an excellent stay. The property was beautiful and very clean. The location was perfect, right in the center of everything we wanted to do. Loved it so much, we even extended our stay an extra night.

Home away from home!

Our stay was so pleasant. Easy parking, simple check in / check out process. The property was close to everything we needed, but still very quiet and laid back. The huge back yard was fully fenced and great for our two dogs to run and play. The hosts were quick to respond. The home was well stocked with supplies, very clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful time. Thank you!!!

Great stay

Property was wonderful for our quick trip through Utah. My 2 pups loved using the enclosed back yard space and there were details and amenities including coffee and electronics chargers. Very convenient. Would recommend and stay again.

Wonderful time in Hurricane

Lovely, super comfortable home, perfect exploring Zion. The fenced backyard was perfect for my dog and the place was perfectly set up. Everything you needed was present and in amazing condition. The place was very clean and was a short drive to many of the wonderful parks in the area. The owners were very friendly and responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

Really cute house!

The house was good for us and our dog loved the fenced in back yard. The decor is cute, beds comfortable, shower had plenty of hot water, the house was well stocked and the location was convenient. If road noise bothers you, there were fans in both bedrooms to block the traffic noise. I would definitely stay here again if I am in the area.

You’ve Got to Stay Here!

This place is spectacular. The host was so great to work with - super quick responses and so eager to help and accommodate. The home was immaculate and was so thoughtfully equipped. There is everything you need and sooooo organized. And then step out back into the yard. Wow!! By far the best outdoor space we’ve ever had at a VRBO. We spent hours out there relaxing with the dogs. The town of Hurricane was really great too. Close to Zion without being too close to deal with all the crowds. Highly highly recommend!

Just what we needed

This was a lovely place for a holiday getaway. The cottage is very well furnished, clean and inviting. The hosts have been very thoughtful about accommodating their guests needs by having a kitchen and bathroom stocked with the essentials. The on-site laundry and apartment size fridge would be very helpful for a longer stay. The backyard is completely fenced and is well-maintained for medium to large size dogs while allowing plenty play area for kids. The outdoor furniture was also in good condition and provided a lot of variety. I would say that the yard might be easily escaped by little dogs who can escape through the gate or under the fence. We found the place to be quiet and restful. It was the perfect base camp for all the nearby adventure. We would definitely stay here again.

Backyard was stupendous much bigger than pics. Our pups loved it. 3 different seating options outside. Small touches making this feel VIP. Bath & Body hand soap Biolage shampoo (not cheap stuff good quality throughout house), first aid items bandaids of all sizes even pain and allergy meds if needed. Love lamps that could charge phones with USB plug in in living room and bedroom. Welcome water awesome Doritos. Trailmix, cookies and s'mores supplies with wood for fire pit. Hosts thought of everything! Loved the industrial theme decor and fun vibe of house. Located where you can walk to restaurants and close to Zions, Perfect - highly reccomend!

Should be a top pick!

1. Very ideal location. Able to walk into town or drive to Zion and state parks with ease. 2. Very clean. 3. Most places advertise amenities but then you find you have to run out to the store because it is the bare minimum provided. Not this place! I packed anticipating a lack of necessities, but I never had to use anything I brought. The hosts were so considerate about the little things one might need or forget to bring. It made adjusting to staying there so easy. 4. Have a great backyard. It is fenced in. Plenty of seating. Nice big tree for shade. Grass. 5. Not cluttered. Oftentimes, a rental will have cabinets so packed with odds and ends that there isn't any room for things. This place has everything you would need to cook and eat with and it's of nice quality. Not the typical overused items collected from garage sales or whatnot. 6. If you want internet access or TV it is all set up for you. Overall, the hosts are incredibly thoughtful in making your time there feel comfortable.

Great reno near Zion

The build-out is super! A really nice remodel. The bed felt like being at a spa. The shower is perfect! I loved using the changeable showerheads. Good water pressure, too! The owners were very thoughtful with extra touches, such as plenty of ice trays and a whole bag of ice in the freezer, extra fluffy towels and detergent to use in the washer and dryer! The AC worked marvelously well—a darn good thing in the 115 degrees baking heat of a Hurricane June. I think the directives in the pet policy and sign in the restroom telling me to wash my face before bed (duh) could use some toning down. Are customers that inconsiderate and ignorant? I’m not. The bossy, uptight tone of those directives contradicted the “laid-back” in the home’s name. The decor was not to my taste: to me, rusty metal bolts and junkyard parts aren’t restful items to sleep beside, and the 13 fake potted plants are inelegant —I prefer nature alive. But the house was safe, well-lit, comfortable and private. Well, private except that the supercool-looking backyard fence needs to be a couple feet taller to shield us from the newer, neighboring house’s windows. But the property is private enough for a short stay. The backyard was nicely landscaped. Add a water feature and a seating arrangement in the back half of the yard so we can escape the smell of hot trash in the trash cans near the firepit seating, and the backyard would be idyllic.

Zion Weekend Visit

We stayed in Hurricane for 2 nights which was an easy 20-25 minute to Zion National Park. The unit was updated, very clean and had everything we needed for a short weekend stay. Owners were responsive with any questions we had. Would 100% stay here again. Thank you for sharing your home with us

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

My father was a contractor, ironworker, and roughneck by trade and an avid collector of others' unwanted treasures. He saw potential and a chance at redemption in absolutely everything. When he passed away in 2016 he left us with a lifetime accumulation of "treasures" which he always had big plans for. As a tribute to him we chose to repurpose many of these "treasures" from his steel construction company as materials and decorations for the cottage remodel. We love the unique industrial motif featuring textures of polished concrete, reclaimed wood, and iron throughout the property.
