Complete a $300 refundable security deposit hold

HOUSE RULES

So everyone knows what to expect, these rules apply to every stay, whichever site you book on.

- Check-in is after 4:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM.

- Maximum occupancy: 11 guests.

- The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.

- Rental agreement: a signed rental agreement is required for every booking, including bookings made through Airbnb, Vrbo or any other booking site. We send it to you after you book; please sign it within 48 hours.

- Photo ID: an upload of the primary renter's photo ID is required.

- Security deposit: a refundable $300 hold is placed on the guest's credit card.

- No parties or events.

- No smoking.

- Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

- No pets.
