The apartment is located on the ground floor of a two-storey villa, surrounded by a large and well-kept garden.



The apartment consists of a large living room with a relaxation and dining area, a kitchenette with everything needed for cooking, two bedrooms, one with a terrace overlooking the surrounding hills, a bathroom.



The apartment is very bright thanks to the large windows. It measures approximately 100 square meters and opens onto a large veranda, which is equipped for outdoor dining and is connected directly to the living room, effectively creating an extension of the living room.



The veranda leads to a relaxation area in the shade of pergola and tall trees.



The apartment with all facilities described looks directly onto a large peaceful and well maintained communal garden overlooking the lake, where our guests can relax freely; There are sun loungers and a barbecue.



 



We are located in the hills of Lake Garda, in a particularly quiet area, surrounded by olive trees and vineyards. The apartment is less than 10 minutes drive from the town of Salò and 20 from Desenzano, which are among the most organized towns on the west coast of the lake, full of shops, bars, restaurants and clubs. The nearest village is Polpenazze (delicious medieval village), where you can find grocery stores, bars, ice cream parlors and is about 2 km away. Gorgeous beaches are 5.6 km away and can be easily reached by car or bicycle.



 



There are many walks in the surrounding hills and mountains. The bike path is 100 meters from the house. The riding stables are 400 meters away. Tennis courts and golf courses are nearby. In Salò, 10 minutes by car, there is a beautiful public olympic swimming pool surrounded by olive trees. For complete relaxation, the beaches of the lake offer an impressive and unforgettable panorama. From the house you can reach the cultural sights in a short time, as the island of Borghese, the Italian Vittoriale, the beautiful lakeside towns, the medieval villages, the amusement parks Gardaland and Caneva, without forgetting the enchanting cities, like Verona, Brescia and Mantova, which lies within 35 \ 60 km.



Lovers of evening and evening entertainment can find in a few minutes restaurants, pizzerias, shops and nightclubs where you can spend pleasant moments.
