When you’ve finished, retire to the 1000 sqft. master captains quarters and find that the stunning views go along with you. A bed fit for a king, marble bathroom with tub, large shower, and water closet all constitute the 2nd story master suite.



Head down stairs and find panoramic ocean views that encompass the first floor living area. As well as a fully stocked kitchen & dining room that can provide for the entire family. Washer & dryer are also located on this floor.



Lastly but not least, find yourself enjoying a cocktail at the 3rd floor bar, overlooking the captivating bay waters. You may also enjoy some time at the card table, play a game of billiards, or lounge watching television in the home’s second living area.

*Kayaks are heavy, and dock height may make launching and retrieval difficult for some guests. Please plan accordingly.

* Please note that a signed guest agreement is required prior to check-in. To facilitate this, we will need an email address to send the DocuSign document.

* We provide a complimentary starter pack of paper towel, toilet paper, dish & laundry detergent, dish soap, bar soap, trash bags & dish sponge.

*Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bedroom and bed descriptions thoroughly.

*Seasonal Seaweed Notice: Like much of the Florida Keys, our canal can experience seaweed at certain times of the year. On the ocean side, this usually happens in summer/fall while gulf-side canals see it more in winter/spring. It’s a natural part of the area and may affect the canal during your stay.
