Designed for seamless indoor & outdoor living with lounging and dining areas and private swimming pool

Here, a relaxed and informal luxury combines with exquisite personalized service to provide the private island sanctuary you’ve always dreamed of.

This Seapalm island Oceanedge villa is a 4800sqft 5bd 5.5 bath has grand views of the oceanfront from your own private heated pool and hotub, outdoor dinning area, bbq grill and multiple patio decks.

Inside you will find Bali inspired architechture with floor to ceiling window views of the ocean as well. Ample living room and dining room area to entertain guests.

Each bedroom also comes with its own in suite bathroom as well.

Our villa is only for responsible guest who will respect and not damage the villa and property. Guest booking must be 21 years or older. No Pets. No parties or events. No Smoking or Drug use on property. No fireworks allowed.

Guest Access-

Private man made road access connects the keys to our island. Its a small road so easy to miss.

Beach and Kayak launch area is only shared with one other house

Please let us know if bringing boat or needing boat dock access.

There is lots of parking spots under carport and uncovered.

Elevator/Fireplace and surround sound system not for use in the house.

Please let us know if special event or would like us to know about and will make sure to arrange!

EVENTS & COMMERCIAL PHOTOSHOOTS: Are not permitted without prior approval, applicable permit and additional fees.

Perfect location for our Florida Keys getaway

Property was perfect for our long weekend. Lots of space for everyone to have privacy, and a huge living area to hang out in together while enjoying gorgeous views. Pool area and deck were enjoyed by all (including 4 tweens and our 81 yr old traveler). Kayaks and paddle boarding in calm water right outside our door. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking. All the pots/pans/dishes were in good condition. House was very clean. Easy drive from MIA, and grocery/restaurants were short drives in both directions.Loved it and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Perfect for a family get together!

We loved our stay on Little Conch Key! Beautiful home with amazing water views. Perfect for 3-4 families to spend some quality time together. We hosted my mom's 80th birthday here and everyone loved the experience. The house lays out well for spending time together as a group and then separating out to everyone's own en suite bedroom. Highly recommend!

Duck Key

This property has the potential to be wonderful. It has one of the best views I have ever enjoyed but it is not properly maintained. There is a rat infestation on the outside of the house. This situation was known to the owners prior to our arrival but we were never warned. This made us afraid to go outside the home after dark because on the first night one rat ran across my granddaughter's foot. Many items in the house were broken and previous repairs were not done in a workmanlike manner. We did not have Internet service at our house for several of the days and were told a repair person would be there a few days after we were leaving. The furniture in the living room is badly worn. We were told it would also be replaced after our stay. The host was very good about quickly responding but nothing was offered or communicated in an attempt to resolve the condition of the house. We paid nearly 30,000 for the week of spring break and if the house would have been in the condition portrayed in the pictures, expected, I would be satisfied. However, I was disappointed in its condition

Infested with Rats

This property was infested with rats. Furniture was old and broken leading to an injury. The stairs going up to the house are pealing which led to splinters. The dishwasher was not attached and the coffee maker had to be held down to work. The property isn’t even close to private, the neighbors are in and out of your side of the yard to access the dock area. The pictures are deceiving making it look like there is beach access on the Key. The dumpster was not only full so trash couldn’t be taken out, but you had to walk past an unsightly camper that is not shown on any of the properties pictures. A shower was broken and never disclosed until we were on the property and discovered it ourselves. We left our vacation early due to all the mishaps. After reaching out to the property owner everything was either someone else’s fault or conveniently going to be fixed the week after we left. I wouldn’t hold my breath for any updates/fixes.

Trip of excellence

Perfect place for a vacation, clean, many things to do on property. Views were amazing, host was available when needed. Instructions for opening and closing house was clear and not labor intensive. I highly recommend this property. We will be coming back soon.

Beautiful House and area

Property was perfect for any group wanting to chill at the beach, kayak, snorkel, cook and swim. It was a huge space, tons of room for everybody and all the things you would need to cook for a big group. They have tons of outdoor equipment and the pool and hot tub worked perfectly. Will definitely be back!

Lovely location

The pictures on VRBO don’t do the views justice; they are more fantastic in person. The little key is very private but has easy access to groceries, restaurants and water sports. The house is massive! Our family of six had more than enough space, and the house was very clean. Yes, there are a few maintenance issues: it’s a rental house, I’m sure it gets lots of traffic. None of the maintenance affected our enjoyment of the property, with the exception of the unbolted dishwasher which really should be addressed immediately. The host was very organized and answered all questions right away. All in all, we’d love to come back!

Exceptional House

If you are looking for a large house on the ocean with breath taking views, lots of shared space, a pool, hot tub, kayaks, paddleboards etc., this is place to chose.

SEAPALMS ISLAND

Property is right on top of another home, no privacy. Yard dock and ocean access all shared by other home next door. During a rain storm the property leaked badly and we had to use pots and pans to collect water along with mopping up. Called and emailed the host and emergency number , no one responded for two days. During the rain storm the pool stopped working and was filled with debris. Again it was 2 days before maintenance came and fixed the problem but still did not clean out the pool. One nice feature was the elevator to the third floor, but that stopped working the second day we were there. For the cost of this property it is just not worth it.

Great Family Memorial Weekend

Great Home

The home was spacious with expansive windows allowing us to soak in the views. Plenty of private room for everyone to spread out. The pool is partially covered which is a nice feature for limiting sunburns! The elevator was so handy for carrying luggage and groceries to the various floors. That is a great feature to the home as well! Also, I loved the separate ice maker, it was so convenient. We saw iguana's in the yard each day, manatees, various fish and crabs and even 2 small sharks off the dock!

Lovely, spacious and private

The property was accurately described, and provided lots of room for our family to spread out and enjoy time together. You almost feel like you’re on your own private island, but yet we were close enough to get anything that we needed.

Relaxing Beautiful Location

Our small group and a wonderful time at the beautiful getaway. We were looking to enjoy the sun and the water during our winter stay. We could not have had a better experience. We were in the perfect location with all of the amenities to keep us busy. All great location to visit Key West for the day!

From the moment we drove into the property, everyone was amazed! The location is perfect! All the water toys and the pool/hot tub were a huge hit! House was perfect size for our group of 12. Will definitely be back!
