Bring the whole family to enjoy this spacious & beautiful home in Gilbert! With tons of living area, multiple dens, a large kitchen & formal dining area, there`s plenty of space for everyone to spread out & enjoy! A grand backyard is sure to keep you & your guests entertained all day & soak up the sun in a gorgeous pool & hot tub! We`ve provided all essentials you`ll need to enjoy your stay with us, just bring yourself and let your vacation begin!

Enter directly into the living room featuring tall ceilings & formal dining area! The kitchen is stocked with all cooking essentials. All 3 bedrooms are on the second floor, also featuring another den with TV for viewing. The Master bedroom has the bath en suite & offers plenty of additional privacy. Guest bedroom #2 features a queen bed and Bedroom #3 has a bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom and twin bed on top. There is also a sofa sleeper in the family room that is a full bed size. A large backyard has a pool, hot tub, BBQ Grill & outdoor furniture to enjoy the sun!

You`ll have access to the entire home & backyard except for the garage which is locked off.

Home is located in a quiet & beautiful subdivision, backing to a green space for privacy. Major cross-streets: Ray Rd. and Lindsay Rd. with easy access to multiple highways. At this location, you`re central to 3 downtown shopping areas! It`s a 6 min drive to the Santan Village, an open-air mall with restaurants and shopping; a 9 min drive to downtown Gilbert, also known as the Heritage District with many shops and restaurants. Or a 10min drive to downtown Chandler, with an array of boutique shops, brew pubs, and trendy eateries. This is a great, central area, close to attractions while being in a safe and quiet neighborhood. It`s about 25 mins to the Phoenix Airport.

**HEATED POOL is an OPTIONAL amenity. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

Not everyone wants or needs the pool to be heated. To keep prices low and conserve energy, we only heat the pool for requests made at least 3 days prior to check-in. Pool heating is only offered October-April. Also only available the consecutive nights of guests` entire stay; at $35 per night.

Please understand, a heated pool is NOT a hot tub. Pool heater is set to 87 degrees. Average water temperature can range +/- 3degrees; depending on weather.

Pool heating is confirmed and charged 2-3 days prior to check-in and paid through an additional money request.

While we’ve had no problems thus far, unforeseen weather or equipment issues may render this option unavailable during some or all of your stay (in which case fee would be refunded). Please realize, even the desert can have inclement weather. When outside temperatures drop to the 60’s and below, fluctuations in water temps should be expected and a steady pool temperature cannot be guaranteed. We do provide an overnight-solar cover to help combat extreme weather fluctuations. Pool is professionally maintained weekly.
