Our trip was was wonderful in this stay. The house was beautiful, just like the pictures. The kids loved it. Plenty of space to separate and have “me time”. We had a few requests that we reached out to the host about and they responded promptly, and we greatly appreciated that! The full guest bathroom on the first floor was a plus! We also appreciated the first floor showers not being connected to a tub. My dad uses a walker and that is always something we look for with first floor bathrooms. Such a sweet neighborhood. Perfect for walking. Great stay!

Size is perfect for large parties

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: pool was constantly dirty, but unsure that’s their fault. be aware that the property has ZERO amenities (hand soap, dish soap/dishwasher pods, salt/pepper, etc.) so be aware to purchase all of that. despite checkout being at 1000, the cleaning crew showed up at 0945 while we were waiting for our Uber and it made us feel quite rushed/anxious. they also allow absolutely no exceptions to anything, no matter your circumstance, so I truthfully just wouldn’t bother asking. other than that, pretty easy to check in which I appreciated and we did have fun on our trip.

It was very spacious and everyone had plenty of room. The location was great and a nice short walk to the beach. The only downfall was there was supposed to be a heated pool in the community and there was not.

Pool was filthy and not usable. House was very worn down with many items broken (stove handles, light switches, BBQ, outdoor, shower, etc). Not enough usable pans to cook. Floors were dirty and sandy.

Great location for the price, and very clean

Location was great, close to the beach and stores. Very clean and check in/out was very simple. Pool was enjoyable and stay was very pleasant. Plenty of room for 16 guests. One thing to know is the guest bedroom in the guest house is upstairs.

Courtyard House

This property was comfortable for our large group, the apartment above the garage, allowed for some separation. The courtyard was inviting and the pool was nice. It was also steps away from the community pool. we really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing property

We had a wonderful time here! We stayed for an adult getaway and the location was beyond amazing! It was a pristine and quiet neighborhood! The private beach access was so convenient and easy to get to! Would absolutely recommend this place! You can’t beat it!

6th Annual Friends Beach Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My friends and I have been going on this trip for 6 years now. As our group has grown, it becomes more difficult to find a place to fit us and all our needs. 258 St. Francis Dr N was amazing for our trip! A few things to note, it is off a main road, so it is not exactly the quietest location. However, for us, that did not affect our stay. Also, the walls are thin, so keep that in mind if some of your group goes to bed early and some are night owls. The house was clean and in great shape when we got there. The pool could have been cleaned a little more, but the palm trees directly above make it hard to stay clean, I imagine. The walk to the private beach was not bad at all, and the beach itself was never crowded even on the weekends. The pool is bigger than it looks. Our group was 13 people and we could all be in it and enjoy ourselves. Overall, we would love to book this house again in the future.

Wedding House

My son was getting married in Destin and we wanted a house for all the family - enough space for everyone and this was it! Had 3 families here and everyone had their own space! We would rent again. Property Manager very responsive!

Wonderful accommodations

We loved our stay. Plenty of space for everyone. The pool looks smaller on the photos but it was a great spot to hang out even with all of us in it. There is no parking for the beach access but we dropped off so only 1 had to walk the entire way. If you have older kids/adults the walk is not bad but we had several littles. The decor and photos of the house are accurate.

Summer Getaway!

The property comfortably accommodated all 16 of us, with plenty of space thanks to the two separate houses. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. We did encounter a minor issue with the dishwasher, but the hosts were incredibly responsive and quickly resolved it. They were helpful and attentive with anything we needed or had questions about. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a spacious and convenient stay near the beach!

St Francis rental

This house has a great location and plenty of space for our family. Our grandkids loved having the private pool to play in after returning from the beach. Upon check in, there were five bathrooms of which only two had toilet paper. There were no extra trash bags and no dishwasher pods/soap. The kitchen is poorly equipped but the gas grill was nice. It could definitely use a thorough cleaning. All things considered, I would rent it again.

The inside of the home was dirty upon arrival. it was sand all downstairs from the kitchen to the front door. the pool was extremely dirty upon arrival and stayed dirty the whole duration of my stay. The pool was not cleaned until the night before my check out date which is very inconvenient

A bit pricey but lots of beds....

Plenty of room for a large group. We used the main and guest houses. We had to have been the first renters since last season, film of dust on all surfaces and musty smelling, including the bed linens. We prepared most meals there and both kitchens lack a few basic necessities (no coffee machine in the guest kitchen). A few lights didn't work, a few windows didn't open. We had a some plumbing issues and property manager was generally responsive. The house backs up to a very noisy and busy street. Much confusion on the directions for beach gate and the passcode didn't work. Great location if you're looking to be close to shops and have a large group, as the guest house alone will sleep 6 comfortably. Plenty of bath linens.

Definitely not as described!

This home was not what I expected. The reviews stated how clean and well kept this property was and that was not my experience at all. Things were broken all around the house (light fixtures, door handles falling off, and other small things), paint was chipped and scuffed. The pool house had a horrible chemical smell, the pool was filthy, master shower jets didn’t even spray with full force due to build up! I can keep going! I tried contacting housekeeping and never received a call back. If you are use to a well kept clean house I do not recommend this location!

July 2025 week long stay, overall good experience.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at the house. It's an easy walk to the beach, restaurants, stores, etc. House is spacious and comfortable. We had 4 teenagers and 4 adults. There was a tropical storm, so we spent more time than normal in the house and we were all very comfortable.Very important to read all the info they send, so you're aware of what you need to bring and\or prepare for. We were notified before arriving that the guest house dishwasher was unavailable. A few hours before checking in we were alerted the main house AC unit went out and would be replaced the next day, to which they offered to reimburse us half of our first night. The AC guys were great, though they were there half a day with us in the house. Normally wouldn't be an issue, but the weather was iffy for beach time our first few days. The next day, clothes got locked in the guest house washing machine. The initial person sent out was quite the character and unable to help. The next crew who came out got the clothes out, but we didn't risk it again, so all laundry and dishes had to be done in the main house. The cleaning crew could do better - didn't appear they'd swept under the dining room table, hair in bathrooms, and everyone's feet ended up black\dirty before we'd even gone to the beach.Dishwasher and main house washing machine leaked a bit as well, but we adjusted the seals and kept an eye on them.They were quick to respond to issues.All things considered, it's quirky, but we enjoyed it!
