Selfcatering home, southwest private pool, game-room, free internet and wifi

Our selfcatering home is available for rent. Minimum number of people 2, maximum number of people is 8 . We only provide first day toiletpaper, dishwasher tab and handsoap.
The house has all common amenities like dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator etc.
The washer and dryer are in the garage, where you also can find the pooltable and electronic dartboard.
The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a kitchen space with dining table, able to seat 8 people.
The indoor pool is in the backyard, it can be heated for a fee per day with a minimum of 7 days. In the evening the pool can be lighted. Maintenance of the pool will be done once a week.
Both doors to the patio have alarms, to make sure you will know when your kids go to the pool. Please take good care and do not let them unsupervised in the poolarea

belle maison bien situé

Très belle petite maison parfaite pour 6 personnes (4 adultes / 2 enfants). Confortable et près des commodités (8 minutes Walmart / environs 25 minutes de Walt Disney / 45 minutes Universal avec le Traffic du matin) La maison était propre en grande partie, mise à part le grillage de ventilation et un tas de poussière laissé dans un coin à notre arrivée (voir photo)Le papier de toilette, savon vaisselle et main sont en très petite quantité. Nous devons fournir après le petit rouleau de papier de toilette et les 2 capsules de savon du lave-vaisselle! (pour un séjour de 11 jours, on a du acheté, papier toilette, essuie-tout, savon lave-vaisselle)Les lits étaient confortables le secteur est très paisibleles ustensiles et équipements de cuisine étaient en quantités suffisantesLes couteaux auraient besoin d'un aiguisage ou d'un rafraichissement par contreJe recommande cette maison qui a beaucoup plus de positif que de petits points d'amélioration

Fantastic place

All was perfect, beautiful pool, near walmart, restaurant and shopping. A really good service with manager and owner. All that you need for cooking. A really good vacation. Thank you!!

had a great time. Easy access to theme parks close to all the necessities. House was good well stocked for your arrival. The only thing was one channel of live tv. lots of streaming options but you need to input your own passwords to make it work if you use these options. would book this house again

Birthday Trip Success

Stayed at this lovely property for my birthday week. Not too far from Universal and we LOVED the private pool! Plenty of amenities, I will definitely save this location for any future stay in Orlando area!

Clean Modern Comfortable

This home was exactly what we needed for our Disney vacation. Within 20 minutes to all the Disney parks and 30 to sea world. Home has everything you need and then some. Everything you need is nearby 3 walmarts a target plenty of dining options as well. Carla was easy and pleasant to communicate with and always responded promptly! We will definitely be staying here in the future!

We had a very nice comfortable week here, plenty of space for just the two of us, fairly close to pretty much everything, we also felt safe for a morning run around the neighborhood. We’re glad to have the pool heated as even when it’s chilly out we were able to enjoy it. There were plenty of towels and streaming apps to watch on tv. I just wish we had known about the toilet paper, we would have picked some up earlier and not in the middle of the night. The coffee maker could also use some scrubbing, I also wish we weren’t thinking too much about making excess garbage and excess laundry during our vacation as the website says we could get charged extra. When we left the property, there were two ladies for housekeeping waiting on us outside in their truck looking all mean and grumpy, no smiles, no good morning, we kind of felt bad that they looked so miserable. Other than these, we had a nice comfortable week.

We were there for a week while visiting family. It was just what we needed. Wish we would have known the pool wasn’t heated before we came but other than that no complaints.

Disney/Universal girls trip

This property met all my expectations and was a safe and clean neighborhood for my girls trip. Communication was excellent with the host and this house offers lots of space to stretch out after a long day at the parks. Will definitely come back and stay here in the future.

Great place to stay

Was totally wonderful! We had a great time! The pool was amazing and all its amenities! The only downfall was the beds, beds error very uncomfortable, but my family would definitely rent again

This house provided everything we needed except the darts. But we enjoyed the house and would stay again. It was worth the cost which was perfect!

Good property Great pool

This property is certainly good value for the money. The pool is a perfect temperature and very clean. Some of the quirks of this listing are potentially why it's on the less expensive side of many rentals. Beds are comfy, appliances work well. We did have to call management as the shower head started spraying the entire bathroom..they were very responsive and fixed the problem quickly. I couldn't help but think about how just a few upgrades and some paint would really make the rental perfect! Some of the furniture is very old and dated. The pool table is only for kids..it's not level. But all in all it's a great home and I would recommend staying there! Very close to Disney, grocery, and restaurants!

Close to parks, nice pool.

The kitchen had anything one could've wanted and the dishwasher was a blessing. Everyone enjoyed the game room and the pool. We didn't think the master bed was real comfortable, but the kids liked their beds. Communication about trash removal was a little off, but we figured it out. Neighborhood seemed a bit sketchy. The house definitely needs some attention with some basic maintenance. The shower head in the master bath should be reattached and some lights didn't work and the one in the master bath needs to be fixed. This was a nice house and met our needs, but will probably not be a place that we return.

The property was well maintained . Clean, extra towels,sheets etc.. plenty of pots,pans, dishes for cooking at home! The neighborhood was quiet. Overall we had a great time and would rent this property again .

Great Property

My process for renting was easy. I found this property after another one fell through with damage from a storm. The owner was very helpful answering any questions I had. The home was clean, had most everything we need, just lacked a pizza pan really. It was plenty big enough for the four of us and we had 3 extra beds we didn't even use, was in a nice neighborhood, easy to get to also.

Wonderful Stay

We stayed for two months,Feb and March 2019 and had a wonderful stay! Carla, the owner, and her management staff consisting of Lynn,Ed and Dave, were all wonderful to deal with. The home is well appointed with everything you might need. The only reason we did not give a five star was the lack of drawer space in 3 out of 4 bedrooms, and Carla has already stated that she will remedy that situation when she arrives in April. We look forward to returning in the future and would recommend this home to all.

Great villa, ideally located, comfortable

Just got back from a fabulous holiday in Florida, found the villa to be a great base for our stay. Spacious, clean and tidy and well equipped for everything. Pool area and games room were a added bonus. I would recommend staying here we enjoyed our stay.

Great Vacation Home

Home was nice and clean upon our arrival. Had plenty of towels for our stay and the house had all the amenities we needed. The home owner Carla and the local property manager had responded to all our questions very quickly to make sure our stay there was very pleasant. The kids loved the swimming pool and the adults loved the game room. Overall we had a great vacation and this home made our stay there in FL just that much more better. We will definitely look into staying here again on our next vacation to FL.

It is a quiet neighbourhood but so close to shops, restaurants, gasstations, amusementspark or other nice places to be, you will not believe it. When we had the opportunity to buy this beautiful villa we did it and we want to give you the same experience as we have. Try it and you will like it also
