We'd love to host you at my 5 bedrooms Villa in the Stunning Solterra Resort! The place is located in Davenport just minutes from Orlando's attraction destinations. We will make sure you enjoy the house as much as we do, from our private pool to "The Grand Clubhouse".



Looking for the perfect Orlando retreat to celebrate exciting milestones or relaxing vacations with family and friends? We would love to invite you to enjoy our beautiful 5-bedroom home in the beautiful Solterra Resort. This large home is in the City of Davenport, just minutes from Orlando's top attractions, including Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, ESPN Wide World of Sports, and Sea World.



Comfortable Accommodation:

The home is comfortably furnished with cute themed rooms for kids of all ages, providing everyone with the space and privacy they need for a relaxing stay. With 5 bedrooms available, there's ample room for families or groups traveling together. Enjoy the cozy living spaces, well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms for a truly relaxing vacation experience.

Solterra is a gated community with fantastic resort amenities, featuring a clubhouse, resort pool with water slide, fitness room, tennis and volleyball courts, children’s playground, and recreational area. Kids will love the lazy river, while parents can relax in the hot tub and enjoy frozen cocktails from the poolside cafe.



Pool & Spa Note:

*Cost: $45/night (3 nights min.), billed separately.

*Request: Contact us after booking. We activate heat 24h prior to arrival if prepaid.

*Weather: System targets 80°F-100°F. In extreme cold, it may auto-pause for safety.



Guest Access:

*We do not have a pool heater available in this home*

Solterra is a gated community with fantastic resort amenities, featuring a clubhouse, resort pool with water slide, cabanas, resort pool, fitness room, tennis and volleyball courts, children’s playground and recreational area. kids will love the lazy river, whilst parents can relax in the hot tub and enjoy frozen cocktails from the poolside cafe.



Located in Davenport just minutes from Orlando’s theme parks, shopping, dining and other area attractions. Solterra resort is in a great location just 5 minutes from a supermarket and other stores. There is also an Imax movie theater and many other stores located at Posner Park, just 7 minutes away.



Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee



For Short-Term Renters (meaning, “any tenant residing in a Resident’s home pursuant to a valid rental or lease agreement with a rental or lease term of less than one (1) year”) who wish to utilize the Amenities only for the duration of their valid rental or lease agreement, the Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee will be charged at the clubhouse front desk when guests check in.



The primary person will need to provide:

• Their reservation information which shows:

• The rental property address.

• Check in and check out date.

• Number of guests.

• Identification that matches the reservation name.

• License plate information for the primary vehicle.



The guest will then pay the Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee. The fee will be charged via Square with a credit or debit card only. No cash will be accepted. It is a one-time fee per house per reservation. They will be issued a Resort Access Card (2 cards max will be issued per party) to show the front gate of the pool at each entry, they will also be issued the 4-digit code for the month that will allow access to the gym. Guests will need to have this card in their possession on the pool deck as well for staff to verify if asked. After hours check-ins will go to the guard gate. The guard gate will issue car passes and guests will need to visit the clubhouse once reopened to pay the Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee to gain access to the pool the next day.

Solterra Resorts are close to Disney World (15 min) and other world-famous theme parks & Entertainment such as Universal Studios (28 min), SeaWorld (25 min), and Legoland Florida (35 min) and more.



Solterra is only minutes away from an abundance of dining and shopping. You can have lunch in the clubhouse Cafe Sol Bar & Grill Open to residents & their guests daily 11:30am - 6pm.

**PARKING** There is free parking for 2 vehicles.

Please park in the two designated parking spots in front of the house. DO NOT use other parking spots. Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
