DESCRIPTION
Two villas side by side on the beach, each with its own private pool and jacuzzi, on the quiet northwest coast far from the cruise port.
Five bedrooms and four bathrooms between them — room for a large family or a group of friends to spread out, with everyone a few steps from the same stretch of sand. Extraordinary sunsets, world-class wall diving straight offshore, and a beach you will likely have entirely to yourselves — just trade winds and the wild donkeys that roam the island.
YOUR PROPERTY
Two villas side by side, sleeping 15 across five bedrooms and four full bathrooms.
Villa Azul (9): two queen bedrooms, one bedroom with three single bunks, queen sofa bed, two baths.
Villa Turkquoise (6): king bedroom, queen bedroom, sofa bed, two baths.
Four of the five bedrooms suit a couple; the bunk room works best for children. Each villa has a full kitchen, washer and dryer, in-room safe, gas grill, gazebo, and its own pool and jacuzzi on the sand.
GUEST ACCESS
Both villas, both pools, both jacuzzis and the beachfront are yours for the duration of your stay. Nothing is shared and no one else is on the property.
Self check-in from 3:00 PM using lockboxes at each villa. You will receive everything you need to let yourselves in, so there are no arrival times to coordinate — useful when a group lands on different flights. Check-out is 11:00 AM.
Linens, bath towels, beach towels and lounge chairs are provided.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
We are reachable throughout your stay if you need anything, and we have staff on the island who can come by quickly if something needs attention. Otherwise we leave you to enjoy the villas in peace.
We are glad to help arrange cars or golf carts, dive trips, boat charters, whale watching in season, a private chef, or a grocery shop before you arrive. With a group this size please ask well ahead — excursions and vehicles book up quickly, especially in high season.
OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE
GETTING HERE: fly to Providenciales (PLS), then 25 minutes to Grand Turk (GDT), roughly $80 per person each way. Book early to seat the group together.
No public transport, so you will want vehicles. No daily housekeeping.
HOUSE RULES
• Please rinse sand from your feet before entering the pools or the villas. Saltwater foot faucets are provided — sand clogs the drains.
• Beach towels are provided for the beach and pools. Please keep bathroom towels indoors.
• Please close the beach gates behind you, or the donkeys will come in and eat the plants.
• Children must be supervised in and around the pools at all times.
• Please lock doors and windows when you go out and overnight. The island is safe — just don’t make it easy.
• Smoking is permitted outside on the decks only. Please use an ashtray.
• Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM out of respect for our neighbours.
• We leave a courtesy supply of toilet paper, paper towels, soap and detergent. With a group this size, please plan to restock early.
• Additional cleanings can be arranged for $300 per villa. We can pre-stock the fridges before you arrive for a $50 shopping fee.
