Row and is therefore well shielded from the hustle and bustle in the Ostseeallee. The nearby beach promenade with its many small shops offers restaurants, bars and cafes an opportunity to stroll and stroll. Apartment No. 20, which has a very nice balcony, is a spacious, comfortable, harmoniously coordinated and fully equipped 2-room apartment with a total living area of 48 m². A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are located in the common room. A locked outdoor parking space is located directly behind the house. Bicycles brought along can be connected directly to the house.
Living and cooking
A cozy living room with high quality furniture, LCD flat screen TV, CD stereo system and DVD player leave nothing to be desired, even in bad weather. In addition, the apartment has a WiFi connection. The modern, fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, oven and 4-burner stove allow for a perfect supply even on vacation. The lake promenade, which runs along the kilometer-long beach, as well as the beach chair rental and children's playground are around 50 m away. In the immediate vicinity there are restaurants, cafés and many shops. The urban forest behind the house (130 ha) is ideal for walking, jogging and walking, but also for cycling.
