Welcome to Blue Breeze, your brand new beach front home!

Just a few steps from the beach, your family will enjoy this open floor plan, brand new home with modern decorations. Entering the main level, you will find a large covered deck with a twin size daybed and comfortable seats with completely unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico.

The open, bright and airy kitchen is equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, blender, electric kettle and two sets of cookware. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating for the entire family to enjoy the 65" Samsung Smart TV. Just off the living room is the laundry room with a full size washer & dryer, and also the full bathroom with double sinks and a large shower.

For your dining option, the house offers 8 seats at the table and 4 seats at the bar and another 4 seats at the kitchen island. As you pass the laundry room, you will find two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed. Heading upstairs, the first thing you see will be the gaming area, with a 55" TV, a study/computer nook, and a foosball table for all the enjoy. Adjacent to it is the bonus room with two queen beds. There is a another full bathroom with a large shower next to the gaming area. As you make your way toward the front deck, you will find the master bedroom with gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico, and also the private bathroom with tub and shower combo. The bunk bedroom offers two twin over full bunk beds and one twin trundle, also with the view of the Gulf. There is more seating for your leisure on the second deck! Last but not least, don't forget about the downstairs area underneath the house. We have a charcoal BBQ grill, a picnic table and also a private but open air outdoor shower with both hot/cold water.

Note: There is no direct walkway to the beach from the house. Beach entrance is 50 yards from the house. You can walk or drive onto the beach from the entrance!
