Perfectly refined home w/ large balcony, overlooking lake and palms..

I'm a recently retired attorney with three children and two grandchildren. I love my life, as well as the challenges that have come with it.
I first came to Mesquite 15 years ago for the golf and weather. After realizing all of the recreational opportunities, including top-end golf, soccer, softball, pickle ball, tennis, hiking, climbing, biking, fishing, and clean air I decided to purchase here.
The air in Mesquite is crystal clear, as most of the Vegas pollution moves southeast and rarely makes its way to Mesquite. You can see as many stars in the night sky as you can on a campout in the mountains.
The restaurants are excellent and varied, from steakhouses to Greek to southwestern. Although my golf and pickle ball games are still rough, I've never regretted that decision.
I know you'll find my house comfortable, the views exceptional, and Mesquite welcoming. Thank you for considering my accommodations.

You can welcome the rising sun from the large balcony or the patio below with your fave coffee or juice, or choose to watch it go down from the Wolf Creek deck less than a half mile away. The wildlife from the balcony, especially in the morning, includes many varieties of birds, including roadrunners, ravens, crows, geese, ducks, hawks, eagles, as well as robins and sparrows. You'll also see rabbits, small lizards and other desert creatures.
The Club restaurant, the Grill Room, sits 150 yards from the house and its menu caters
to all tastes with salads, entrees and sometimes desserts. It does close early so check with them on the closing time that fits the calendar when you're here.
