Sleeping Arrangements: The condo features 2 king-sized beds, 2 double beds, and 2 queen-sized sofa beds in the living room, offering plenty of space for everyone.

Bathrooms: There are 2 full bathrooms, one with a bathtub for added comfort and convenience.

Kitchen & Appliances: A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ensures a hassle-free stay. Brand new washer and dryer in the shared bathroom. Plus extra washers and dryers brand new on the 2nd floor. (shared in case you need extras)

Beach Access: Just steps away from the pristine white sands of Destin’s beach. You can easily access the beach by taking the elevator down—super easy and fast!

Quick Family Break Needed and Delivered

Quick family get away was much needed. Roxana was very attentive from the get-go. Place was clean, open and inviting. Peek-a-boo view of the ocean. Stone throw to the beautiful beaches. Gym was functional, pool was very warm! Definitely recommend and would stay again.

GREAT EXPERIENCE

This property accommodated our larger party perfectly. You can walk right to the beach and it is also within walking distance to restaurants making it so easy. The host was prompt and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely gorgeous place to stay.

Daughter’s graduation trip

The condo was clean and perfect for the five of us. It was just steps from the beach. I liked that the beach was not crowded like many of the other beaches. The building was under construction but it didn’t bother us. The only thing that I didn’t like was walking in at night there is nearly no light in the walk way where you come into the building. This is nothing that the own of the condo could control but the complex should have more lighting as you walk in at night. I liked that the owner had chairs but we had rented umbrellas and wished we would have know before we rented. We will definitely rent from Roxana again if we ever come back to Destin. She was a great host.

Destin Vacay

Condo was nice, and we had all we needed for the week. Owner was quick to respond to an issues we encountered. We were disappointed at the amount of construction that was going on but didn't let it interfere with our vacation. It stated that the balcony was open. Actually, it wasn't really usable or enjoyable because of the black netting that was in front of it for construction. Only other problem was the lock on the door didn't work almost the entire week. It was fixed but malfunctioned the next day.

Amazing condo - loved it

Condo had all the amenities you could possibly need to feel like you were at home (even beach chairs in the closet that we found on our last day - lol) Super neat and everything was very clean!! Our hostess was very informative and explained everything well including about construction going on. Even with construction going on, everything was great! She made it so easy and problem free! Can't say enough good about the place or our hostess!!! Can't wait to go back!!

Amazing Vacation

We had a great stay. Roxana was amazing, helping us with all the questions that we had. The condo is really clean and beautiful and the beach is literally steps away. The construction did not bothered us at all. We’ll definitely book again with this host.
