Set in the beautiful Bellavida Resort with own South West Facing Pool

Fabulous corner lot with warming decor, making you feel at home as soon as you enter. After a day at the nearby theme parks enjoy the last of the sun by sitting under the lanai which has a south west facing aspect overlooking the 30' lit pool. The resort itself boasts a 6,700 square feet clubhouse, community pool, Cyber cafe, gym arcade, basketball court, volleyball nets, picnic area, lake and tot lot playground. Eateries are in abundance and a Wal-Mart is within walking distance

Our home is tastefully furnished and is air-conditioned throughout.
Features consist of:

Great place!

Loved staying at this house!. The area was great and and loved the convience of being close to almost everything.. The security guards were friendly as well.. The house was great, was so clean and comfortable.. Would definatly stay there again

Amazing

WONDERFUL Rental!!

We spent 13 nights in this wonderful home. This home is in a perfect location! Many places to shop, eat and play are only minutes away. The neighborhood is quiet, secure and there are lots of things to do. The owners are very caring and easy to communicate with. We would highly recommend this property and we hope to stay again!

Relaxing Stay

We spent 7 weeks here and had a wonderful time. The house is as described and well stocked with kitchen cookware and towels. Plenty of pool towels too. Pool table was in garage but never used it. A couple problems with the pool but after it was sorted, it was great. Location is perfect with a Walmart, Aldi's and Sam's very close by. We would definitely stay again. Thanks Philip for a great stay.

Brilliant.

This is our 3rd time to Florida. Have always stayed in a Villa and have to say this is the best Villa by far. The kitchen is fully equipped, kitchen knifes are sharp! (our last Villa stay I had to go out a buy a kitchen knife). The pool was lovely, very clean Villa. Location was perfect for the parks, over all lovely stay. Would stay at this villa again.

8 Great Nights.

The Villa was all we had expected and more, especially the pool, the kids were never out of it when not at the parks. We found it handily placed for the parks, eating out places, and having a Walmart virtually on the door step was very convenient. The size of the villa fitted our family, 4 Adults and 14 and 10 year old kids perfectly with plenty of room for us to find our own space as and when we needed to. We wouldn't hesitate to return ourselves or recommend it to our family and friends. Thanks for a great start to our holiday.

Loved the Quiet Neighborhood

We had a wonderful stay at this home. Having everything on one level is a nice feature for seniors. We initially were disappointed that the TV was not working. However, a replacement was soon delivered. Unfortunately, it was Roku and is limited in local stations and sports. Thank you for making this comfortable home available. We will be returning next winter.

Kissimmee vacation

The property was very clean, quiet, well maintained, felt safe, and located near shopping and a short distance to Orlando. The pool was the perfect temperature (we paid for heating) and the best part of the property, both the kids and adults enjoyed it. The outside furniture including patio and lounge chairs were perfect to enjoy the beautiful sun and weather. We enjoyed having multiple bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for everyone to have their own space. It was a nice corner lot with a path near to walk around the complex and pond. Phil the property manager/owner communicated well. We highly recommend this property and definitely want to stay here again.

Comfortable Visit

We enjoyed our 2 week stay at Bela Vida Resort. The kitchen was well equipped and the location was excellent for our needs. The only downside was that the internet and TV did not work for 5 days (we arrived on a Friday). There was a problem with communication between the provider and management company. The TV still did not work very well at times maybe because there was no remote provided by the provider. Otherwise, everything was very adequate.

Christmas 2020

We had an excellent time in Orlando. The owner was very easy to work with and communication was excellent when we had an issue with the pool heat. He was contacted and it was fixed the next day. Bellavida is a beautiful neighborhood. The clubhouse pool was very spacious and well maintained. The pool at the house is big and my kids had alot of fun swimming. The house is very nice. Lots of space. However, it does show wear and tear. It was perfect for our Christmas trip. Close to all the theme parks. And Walmart was right there for groceries. Thank you Phil!

Wisconsin winter escapees

This was our eigth extended stay in Florida and easily the best. The house was nicely decorated. The furniture was in very good condition. The house and kitchen were well equipped. ex, pool toys, 2 folding chairs that are handy for beach and Old Town nights, kitchen cookware, flatware, utensils, appliances. Relaxing pool, do upgrade to heat it, we always do. Neighborhood great, walkable, DO NOT PARK ON THE STREET. we had no problems but saw multiple cars being towed after ignoring the posted signs. Driveable, 30 minutes during spring break to International Drive, the Disney parks, Disney Springs, Celebration. Maybe 15 minutes outside spring break weeks. Philip owner was great. Had an issue and Epic, the management company, ghosted me on and Philip reached out from his home in England to assist. We going back next year. This years new recommendation. Charles Morse museum in Winter Park. A tribute to Louis Tiffany, the worlds largest collection of Tiffany stained glass. Houses Tiffany's 1893 Chicago Worlds Fair Chapel. Then lunch at one of Winter Parks sidewalk cafe, we ate at Boca and it was very nice.

Family fun

Great location close to Parks. Easy access with secure gated community. Private pool with game room in garage big hit for kids. Close to other areas of fun suck as mini golf with gators and medieval times dinner and show. Highly recommend

Fantastic Rental Home

Stayed in this wonderful home for two months. Everything was perfect. The owner was a pleasure to work with, always getting right back to us to answer all our questions. The house was very clean, well maintained and the pool cleaned weekly and heated to perfection. We will definitely be back.

Nice property

The property was very nice. Unfortunately, the air conditioner which had been checked the day before wasn’t functioning when we arrived. Although we would have liked to have stayed, we had to relocate to another property because repair timing was uncertain. Communication with Phil was excellent throughout the entire process.

Family vacation

Had a great time. We spent two days at Disney, one day at Universal and one day at the beach parasailing. We loved the game room and pool at the house! Great incentive to leave the parks. We had loads of fun playing.

Nice house

Overall a nice house with good amenities. Game room was nice and neighborhood nice and quiet. Pool was too cold to use. The requirement to start laundry before leaving was a bit much. We’re guests, not housekeeping. Security is tight at the gate but friendly. Not the easiest location to Universal. We would stay closer to the park next time.

Great short term property

The house was everything we were expecting and more. House was clean and well stocked. The pool and pool area was great we spent a lot time in the pool. The community is very nice quieter than other ones we have stayed at and very close to all amenities. We highly recommend this house we are already booked for next year, Phil has been great during the whole process and very fast at responding to any of our questions.

Underbar resa med mycket bra boende

Ett mycket bra boende, bra kommunikation med ägarna som svarade mycket snabbt på samtliga frågor som vi ställde. Bra instruktioner på allt när vi väl skulle åka och checka in i boendet. Poolen var lagom stor (mygg och insektsfri). Huset var rent & mycket inbjudande när vi kom. Nära till alla parker, nära till Wallmark, andra butiker, outlets & restauranger. Vi hyrde en bil från flygplatsen under hela vår vistelse, och lämnade enkelt tillbaka den då vi åkte hem. Mycket barnvänligt, garaget var som ett lekrum för både barn & ungdomar. Trevlig bevakningspersonal, vi nyttjade inte anläggningens gym men möjligheten fanns. Vi tycker personligen att huset var prisvärt för det som erbjöds och som ingick i priset. Ägarna var mycket trevliga och vi ser verkligen fram emot att någon gång i framtiden besöka detta boende igen. Vänligen Lars & familj.

Fantastic villa in an ideal location

This is our 2nd visit to Orlando and our first to this villa. Booking and communication with Phil was very easy with a very competitive rate. The villa is a lot bigger than it looks in the pictures on a corner plot with the pool facing the back so not overlooked at all. The villa is spacious with a bathroom in every bedroom. All the beds are comfy and the villa is well equipped with items such as towels, kitchen utensils/equip, books, pool equip (floats, balls etc). Even the laundry equipment was easy to use and able to take a large load. The Bella Vida Resort is accessed by a security gate and is very tidy and quiet. There is a large pool and terraced seating/sunbed area by the clubhouse with an indoor gym. The complex is in an ideal location with the 192 less than a 5 min drive away with lots of restaurants and shops along it as well as huge Wal-Mart superstore a 3 min drive from the complex. All the theme parks were no more than half an hour away with easy routes. We would definitely book here again as the villa contributed towards us having a fabulous family holiday and would not hesitate recommending it to anyone . The only slight blip on the holiday was the non stop heavy rain every day from 3om onwards which unfortunately not even Philip can control !

Herziges Haus

Das Haus war sauber (ausser die Küche), und nett eingerichtet. Jedoch waren die Matratzen nicht gut und gaben rasch Rückenschmerzen. Die Küche schien schon etwas älter, der Kühlschrank war leider bei unserer Ankunft nicht wirklich sauber und es fehlte das angekündigte Willkommenspaket sowie die Erklärung, was mit dem Abfall gemacht werden muss. Diverse Lampen funktionierten nicht (draussen vor dem Haus, im Gang und im Pool). Sonst war es jedoch ein schönes Haus und hat für unseren Zweck gereicht.
