Relax with the family at this brand new 2022 Beach Home that comfortably sleeps 10. Located in the sought after Beachside Village community that is literally steps away from great restaurants and bars like the Tipsy Turtle (adjacent & walking distance) Cooper’s Landing, etc. There are 3 separate outdoor decks with seating areas where you can enjoy the sound of the waves crashing in and enjoy the sea breeze. There is another area under the home with seating and an outdoor shower as well.

The house was a great layout and was very clean. We loved all the dishes and had plenty of towels. The hot tub and pool were so much fun. Love the location of the house. It is close to great restaurants and bars. The owner was very quick to respond to our inquires. We had a fun time!

Great place for families!

This was a very clean, well decorated, and spacious house. We had good communication with Trey and the stay went very well. This is a great place just outside of the tourist strip but close enough to still get the feel. We would stay here again, the pool was a great touch.

Clean and Comfortable Home

My family stayed here with a 3 year old and a 1 year old. The property was a great fit for us. It was clean and well appointed and an easy walk to the beach. This house is in one of the nicest neighborhoods on Galveston Island.

Amazing!

Beautiful property! There is easy access to the beach, and it's just a short drive from town. It's one of the few properties with beach access and a private pool. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. It was the perfect place for our family of 10.

Nice Getaway!

The house was great, and everyone LOVED having the pool and hot tub after a long day at the beach. The neighborhood was nice and well-maintained and not far from the activities on the seawall or the beach. As far as the actual private beach is concerned, you couldn’t actually ‘see’ the beach from the house, and there was a lot of dead seaweed & sticks that had washed up that was never removed so it wasn’t the cleanest or safest for little children. The main road is also directly behind the house, so you can hear the traffic at all times. (just keep that in mind) Despite those things, we did have a great time & I would recommend staying at this rental!

Cold hot tub

We arrived and loved the gouse. Itwas beautiful. But the pool was dirty and hot tub freezing. property manager. He said he would turn it on. Then the next day it was cold again and it took him hours to respond and turn on tub.

Great family vacay!

We had a great family vacay at this beach house! The double walk-in showers on the upper level were a nice feature. The pool is great but you will want to bring your own chairs for that area. The hot tub was not operational during our stay. We brought our own corn hole set and played in the garage area. We had a blast!

FIVE STAR family fun!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful and extremely accommodating cabin. We were a group of 10 all over 21 yrs old and had plenty of room. Don’t worry about the size of the bunks for adults! They were perfectly comfortable for the nephew, his girlfriend, my daughter, and her boyfriend. The kitchen had everything we needed and we took advantage of using the grill as well!!! The hot tub/pool was an added bonus and the beach was an easy walk away. We’re already planning our next family trip at this beautiful beach cabin!!

Beautiful home and pool

Our family had a great weekend vacation at this home. The owner was very responsive and helpful with all of our questions. The property was very clean and accommodating. Had a great afternoon swim & BBQ in the beautiful pool with the family while watching the sunset. Pool area had 2 umbrellas, a small table with chairs, and a propane grill. The beach was close by and not crowded at all unlike the seawall areas. Overall my family loved it and would highly recommend this one and the owner!

Amazing Place. Amazing Owners

We have been here a few times (on and off season) and it never disappoints. Clean, fully stocked and very well decorated. You wake up and know your on vacation. The kitchen is amazing and surprising VERY well stocked for a rental. And I cooked a lot when I”m there. (try Katie’s Seafood Market). The bunk buds and the duel showers in the second floor are highly touted by my teen age daughters (which is rare). A great place to stay no matter the season. And the best part is the owners. Super friendly and incredibly accommodating. We will be coming back as long as the owners will have us! 😉

Perfect Galveston Vacation Spot!

Our family loves this property and will continue to rent this house for beach trips in the future. We have been four times now and it checks every single box for our family and friends. The house is spotless which many others at the beach are not. The host is uber responsive and helpful with all the awesome features like the pool, the hot tub, the TV and with recommendations for amazing food on the island. The location is perfect being just off the seawall so it is quiet, safe, and relaxing, but also just a super short walk to the sand and waves. We actually love that it is set back just a bit so we had the best of both worlds on and off the beach. The pool is such a huge bonus for night swims and less stressful swimming for the kids. The hot tub is such a great option. The huge kitchen island was great for big family meals and the bedroom setup allowed us all to spread out and still have plenty of room. I could go on and on, but let me make this easy for you, just book this place before I do again!

Good Stay with a few hiccups

We received an email saying we could check in anytime after 3. We arrived at 3 and the cleaning staff still had half the house to clean. We drove around since we had groceries in the car. Came back about 30 min later and the house was ready. They did a great job cleaning and the house was beautiful. However one bedroom had a door to outside balcony and the door sis not properly shut and you could feel the outside air coming in as well as all the noise. Upstairs the barn door was missing a stopper which was replaced by a dental pick but would fall off the track if you weren’t careful. The binder of instructions for the house was very vague and didn’t have the owners phone number listed or instructions on how to operate the pool/hot tub. When we were able to get a hold of the owner he said he wasn’t sure if the hot tub could be turned in because the pool and hot tub were just completed. We as a family still were able to enjoy being at the beach and family time but we’re disappointed that I felt like we didn’t get what we paid for.

Definitely recommend & will stay again!

We all LOVED this home. It was so clean, beautifully decorated, and well taken care of. The pool is a major plus & the host has amazing & quick communication. The beach is a quick 5-10 minute walk. It definitely exceeded our expectations.
