Katie, communicated well with us and even though we were very accommodating and responsive the microwave which was new continued to be an issue. We have since replaced the microwave, which was defective, with a new one. We would be happy to have Katie and her guests stay with us again.

Logan called before his stay and introduced himself which was a very nice way to get to know him. He explained why they were staying and how he would keep all guest aware of the rules. This was impressive. Logan and his group left the home just as they said they would.

Katrina’s group left the house in good shape so we left her a good review. However, we would like to respond to her negative comments. Katrina was told IN ADVANCE of her rental that we would be adding a pool and there would be workers on the property. We told her if the pool was complete her group would be able to enjoy it without paying for the extra amenity, but if it wasn’t complete, having work in progress was a possibility. As it turns out, it was finished just before their arrival and they used it without paying for the benefit. Although there were still some incidental workers there completing things, this was all disclosed in advance. Regarding amenities, unlike many properties, we supply paper products, sheets, towels, coffee, creamer and sweeteners but we do not supply unlimited amounts and anticipate renters will be able to make a run to the store if additional is needed. We do provide crab traps, multiple kayaks and outdoor items well beyond most vacation rentals. We have NEVER had a renter suggest that the amenities provided were not sufficient until Katrina. In fact, one of our recent renters was thrilled to find so many things were provided that were not anticipated. Having been in this business awhile with multiple properties, I can say that I recognize renters like Katrina, and for other owners who have been at this awhile, you will too. Rent to her if you want to spend the entire time they are staying on your property getting emails.

We loved having Lisa and her group and would definitely have them back. Communication was wonderful and all the house rules were followed. Always a pleasure to have guests like Lisa.
