Perfectly located just off N. Andrews Ave and Oakland Park Blvd, you’ll be within walking distance of Wilton Drive’s restaurants, bars, and nightlife. Las Olas Boulevard and beach are just 10 minutes away, with Lauderdale-by-the-Sea and Pompano Beach 15 mins away.
The Space:

• 3 Bedrooms + bonus sleeping area w/sleeper sofa & 2 full bathrooms
• 2 spacious living areas: a 75” Sony Smart TV with Bose soundbar + a second lounge with plush recliners
• Fully stocked kitchen with new appliances, ice/water fridge, and Keurig coffee bar (pods provided)
• Smart TVs in every bedroom (65”) with access to streaming apps for Netflix, Hulu, etc. (no cable)
• Onsite laundry
• Office area that doubles as a 4th bedroom with sleeper sofa
