CLEANLINESS:
Our listings are always disinfected, sanitized and thoroughly cleaned between guests bookings. CLEANLINESS is a high priority for this home.


GARBAGE: Guest is responsible for garbage disposal if it falls on the dates of your stay, due to privacy. Waste containers shall not be placed at curbside before 6:00 p.m. of the day prior to solid waste pickup and the solid waste container shall be removed from curbside before midnight of the day of pickup.
SCHEDULE:
- Wednesday: SOLID AND RECYCLE. Can place Tuesday after 6pm. (THE BLACK AND THE BLUE GARBAGE CANS)
- Saturdays: SOLID ONLY. (THE BLACK GARBAGE CAN AND THR GREEN CONTAINER)

POOL/SPA CLEANING SCHEDULE:
Every Monday and Thursdays in the AM. The pool staff will clean very early in the morning and will take minutes they have access to the property on those days.

CHECK IN AND CHECH OUT:
Your check-in time is 4pm. Your host will let you know if it is ready ahead of schedule on the day of your arrival. Please plan accordingly for a 4 PM check-in time to allow proper sanitation and cleaning.

HURRICANE SEASON:
June 1st- November 30th. We urge all guests who book during this time frame to purchase traveler insurance that covers natural disasters.

MAX OCCUPANCY:
The maximum number of occupants authorized to stay overnight at any vacation rental shall be limited to two (2) persons per sleeping room. Up to four (4) persons under 13 years of age are exempt from and shall not count towards the occupancy limits.

CAMERA NOTE:
This property features exterior security cameras, located on front door entrance and entrance to parking lot driveway. They strictly do not look into interior spaces, recreational area in the backyard or any area around the pool/spa area. Also, there are no cameras inside the house.

HOUSE RULES:
-Must be 21 years of age to book

-Maximum occupancy is 10 registered guests at all times.

-Maximum number of vehicles is 2 at all times. Other vehicles will be towed at the owners expense.

-Outdoor quiet hours between 10pm and 9am.

-We are a pet friendly home, however a small $150 none refundable per pet fee. Guest must let host know that is bringing their fury companion along (Dog or Cat). 30 lbs max.

-No DJ’s or large speakers

-Dog Droppings Left on-site: $150 fee

-Excessive Cleaning: $100

-Spa Damage requiring a drain or excessive clean: $250

-Cigarette Butts on premises: $250 fee

-By booking you acknowledge you read the info for guest option and agreed.

-Parties are strictly prohibited. Our properties are monitored with exterior surveillance. We will alert the authorities immediately for any sign of a party. We will immediately evict without refund and impose a minimum fine of $500 or the maximum fine allowed any violation of this rule.
