Fajardo vacation

This apartment is in a quiet neighborhood close to many places to explore. We appreciated this location being close to several eating establishments, a grocery store and a bakery.

Fajardo stay

Place was very clean and the temperature inside the apartment was nice and cold. Location was perfect and everything is close. Host was very attentive and pretty responsive.

Great Condo

Amazing location for a great price. Place is advertised correctly, with amenities and local. Host is communicative and very kind. I would definitely rebook and book where ever this host advertised.

My kids and I had an amazing time! We would be out all day then at the condo at night and we would play games all night. We really really enjoyed the stay here and the property manager was absolutely wonderful and very helpful! Can’t wait to go back!

Clean apartment in convenient location

Communication with the host was excellent; she was very responsive and accommodating with our requests. The apartment was clean and is in a convenient location for exploring the eastern beaches and the port of Fajardo. This is located in a residential complex so if you are a light sleeper it may not be the best option due to outside noise from delivery trucks, dogs, and roosters.

Ann responded to all our queries within few min. She also accommodated us by letting us checkin early since we had taken a red eye flight. We got scammed by Spotin tours and she helped us with getting us our refund. The apartment is very nice and comfortable. Very spacious and clean. Definitely made our stay a memorable one.

Great Location

This was a great central location from which to visit all the areas on the east side of Puerto Rico. The condo had lots of space and felt very secure. The ac and hot water both worked great. When the balcony door wouldn't open, the host came right over the very next day to fix it. Some of the items in the listing, like beach towels, were in a locked closet, but as soon as we contacted the host she got them to us. IShe was very good at communicating with us the entire time. I would stay here with my family again.

Disappointed

truly was disappointed with the hostess checking was 3 hrs late due too her not having place ready for us and place wasn’t properly clean an they don’t have nothing modern! beds aren’t comfortable there won’t be a next time at this location beach is not close by besides eatery there really isn’t much too do we stood 2 days at this location and even left early

This review is inaccurate - they wanted to check in at 10:00 am when I had a check out that same day. They called vrbo and claimed they couldn’t get a hold of me due to the fact that they could not check in at 10a to get a 1 night free stay at a different location….

Disappointing stay

The condo has no elevator and it is on 3rd floor. The directions are very hard to follow. The code at the gate is not working. Code to the condo given to us was wrong Condo is very basic. Bedrooms have bed and one night table no chair to sit on or put a suitcase Towels were old and worned out Badly. !!! Cupboard in bathrooms are falling apart. Living room had holes in the walls. Would not rent is again. No soap for the shower, papertowel had just 3 pieces of paper on it Mattresses on the beds were covered in plastic!!! No internet information was left for us. Do not rent. I am sure there are better places for the same money.

I apologize you had such a horrible time. You could have reached out to me anytime. I gave you the code to the internet once you asked, but sometimes the internet is down so the gate does not work. There are no holes in the living room other than where the inverter is by the AC so each room can have air conditioning. Again, I apologize that you had such a bad time and wish you would have reached out sooner.

We have rented many vrbo houses over the years. Although communication was good, this property needs attention. None of the kitchen outlets worked without tripping the gfi switch. We put the coffee pot and microwave on the dining area floor. There was only one hand towel in each bathroom. No kitchen towels or wash rags. No toaster. The pans were not usable. Sleeps six, but only dishes for 4. It is not near the beach, we had to have a rental car to go anywhere. Every rental we have had included a visitor welcome sheet that gave all the info needed, such as where the garbage was, the best places for dining in the area, etc. I think the owner is very new to this and doesn't realize what visitors expect. The place needs some tlc to meet expectations.

Good location, Great if u just need a cold room to sleep in

Nice gated community, 20 minutes from fantastic beaches. You must have a car, San Juan is about an hour away. 3 rooms, each has it's own AC unit, nice &cold. Just a bed in each room. Beautiful unit in need of TLC. Main area doesn't have AC, leave room doors open and it cools the rest except when you sit to watch TV, it gets warm. Kitchen outlets don't work; had to move microwave to living room. If you are accustomed to renting and cooking, this is not your place. Overall, we enjoyed coming home to a clean cold room. As a paying customer I prefer transparency, let me know there is remodeling happening to the outside of the building; evident by the cement mixer sitting on the grass directly across our parking spot. Plus all the debris around the building. I had a flat tire driving in to the spot and spent the better part of the next day waiting for the rental car road assistance and fixing the tire; I had a giant blue screw (the building is blue). The next day and everyday after that, I was awaken by the construction-men on a scaffold outside our kitchen window. Every morning I moved the car to the street, per their request. I chose to park in our spot by the stairs after coming home late and exhausted with beach stuff. Walking back from the car, I found another blue nail on the street. Twice the owner didn't buzz us in through the gate, understandable she has her life but weird to have to call the owner to get in. Security eventually let us in.

Thank you for the review. I apologize that you got a nail in your tire . I do not have much control over that situation. Secondly , this is a gated complex & I did my best to let you in each time. I missed the phone call two times during the whole stay & security ended up letting you in . The microwave was plugged into the correct outlet but when you moved it to move tea it was plugged into the wrong outlet. Thank you again for choosing my place to stay.

Family vacation

We had a wonderful time, Kelly Is a great host, she was always checking in on us. The place was bigger then we expected. Even with the storm she was the one that alerted us about the weather. She make show we was okay. I will showily book with her again and recommend her to my friends and family when they take a trip down here.
