LU Bourbaki III - Allmend HITrental Apartment

This modern furnished business apartment in a quiet location leaves nothing to be desired.



The "Bourbaki III" Business Apartment in Lucerne is a modern solution for every business stay. The apartment has 1 room and is equipped with a double bed and a sofa bed on which an additional person can sleep. Of course you also have the opportunity to cook your own meals. The business apartment offers a small kitchenette equipped with two glass ceramic hotplates, microwave with baking and grill function, Nespresso coffee machine and all necessary kitchen utensils. To the furnished apartment belongs a bathroom, which is equipped with a shower, hand and bath towels, hair dryer and hygiene articles.



Included in our service are bed linen, towels, TV with international channels and Wi-Fi Internet. All ancillary costs are also included in the price.



You live centrally on the Lucerne Allmend, yet many leisure and recreation facilities are available in the immediate vicinity. Lucerne railway station, the old town and most of the sights are two kilometres away and can be reached by train, bus, on foot or by car in no time at all. Garage spaces are available for persons with a car for an additional cost.



Note: For bookings of 30 nights or more, the following additional payments apply:



- A security/damage deposit of CHF 2,000.00, which will be refunded after check-out, provided the apartment is returned in proper condition.



- A final cleaning fee of CHF 200.00.



These two payments must be made directly to HITrental after the booking has been completed, either by credit card or bank transfer. We will contact you regarding this.
