The beautiful and furnished studio apartment "KKL IV" offers all around comfort on 25m2. The studio apartment is equipped with three beds, consisting of one double bed and a sofa bed. The kitchen corner is fully equipped for three persons with crockery, cutlery and pans, has two hot plates and a combination appliance that can be used both for baking and as a microwave. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, mirror cabinet, hair dryer, iron and an ironing board. Bath towels and bed linen are provided.



In the basement there are washing machines, which can be used free of charge. Wi-Fi and a flat screen TV with international channels are available free of charge for business or pleasure.



You live centrally on the Lucerne Allmend, yet many leisure and recreation facilities are available in the immediate vicinity. Lucerne railway station, the old town and most of the sights are two kilometres away and can be reached by train, bus, on foot or by car in no time at all. Garage spaces are available for persons with a car against payment.



Note: For bookings of 30 nights or more, the following additional payments apply:



- A security/damage deposit of CHF 2,000.00, which will be refunded after check-out, provided the apartment is returned in proper condition.



- A final cleaning fee of CHF 200.00.



These two payments must be made directly to HITrental after the booking has been completed, either by credit card or bank transfer. We will contact you regarding this.
